However, even though dj could be the bestest runner everZ if he just did it, for others, run training has different methodologies that can be utilized to achieve a goal.

Coincidently, in the past, if I wasn't sticking to a 7:30 pace, I didn't feel I wasn't accomplishing anything. I was wrong -  I learned there is great value to a slower paces for a majority of training, sprinkled in with faster times.  And it's also more enjoyable.

It's entirely goal dependent.

i'm in the process of lean gaining so that training would fuck up what i'm doing

i'm still ripped eating 2500 cals so i'll most likely go up to 3 grand

Well, admittedly, Zone 1/2 training does feel like slow motion.

For you - if you are walking 40 min each way to the gym, that's helping you.

I don't know why you're lean gaining.  You could do a slight bulk for two months, then get back to that shape in 6-8 weeks pre show.

that's why we have prolonged therapy

but at least i am sleeping 8+hrs every day, in fact i slept bout 11 hrs total today

and i am training only once a day as well, not twice and just to failure not past failure anymore

ima try and train 4 on/1 off but doubt i'll be able to do it...

best would be 2 on/1 off/1 on/1 off like this

day 1 delt

day 2 back bi

day 3 off

day 4 chest tri

day 5 off

if i could do this i'd make even better and faster progress

honestly bro.... why no legs ever? just wondering... u from the rick rude school of reasons lmao?

i can't train them as this wound still isn't completely closed

if i would take a full week off it will heal faster but my complusivness and implusivness will not let me do this

i do lots of training on my feet like bnp, side laterals, db upright rows, tricep pressdowns, barbell curls, rope hammer curls, str arm lat pulldowns and all of thosee stress this injury so they hamper it's healing

i'm very str and use very heavy weights on all these moves like 50 pound bells in each hand for db laterals and db upright rows and i continue to use heavier and heavier weights as my str keeps going up 8)

i'm gonna try really hard not to train tomorrow but i probably won't be able to do it :-\

complusivness and implusivness rather suck
