Ya that has nothing to do with a 'guru'. That is the result of not having the will to diet hard, What a waste of talent. I have seen local competitor way more shredded then this, he should have been last.

That picture is sharpened and he was still not that shredded, especially when he turns around. The difference between his 4 week out look that he brings to the stage or a version of him as shredded as Kai or Phil is a third place spot at the O, he doesn`t need bigger muscles and he is not missing anything. He simply lacks will power to diet and needs to man the fuck up and just do it, he will even make more money.

His training seems fine, he has all the muscle he needs. He needs to diet harder, reminds me of Brandon Curry.

Hany, is hit or miss.I have sen him get some cometitors sliced and diced,then others look like crap.He alos plays favorites.You can tell the guys he favors, and the guys he just doesnt give a dam about.
Hany is not even close to Chris Aceto when it comes to knowledge and consistency.
I have seen alot of amatuers who used Hany, and they look terrible.You dont hear about those, but they ae out there.They paid alot of money only to look worse, then they did before.
