I think Hany said his gym in France has shitty opening hours so he can train only like 3 times per week lol

His training seems fine, he has all the muscle he needs. He needs to diet harder, reminds me of Brandon Curry.

Hany, is hit or miss.I have sen him get some cometitors sliced and diced,then others look like crap.He alos plays favorites.You can tell the guys he favors, and the guys he just doesnt give a dam about.
Hany is not even close to Chris Aceto when it comes to knowledge and consistency.
I have seen alot of amatuers who used Hany, and they look terrible.You dont hear about those, but they ae out there.They paid alot of money only to look worse, then they did before.
