He looks terrible compared to real bodybuilders, but he has the ideal physique for wrassling or being a bad guy in movies. He needs to reasses his goals. But fuck, awesome arms!

Yeah... but I bet in a club or any setting other than a BB stage, Frank has no trouble pulling more hot chicks than any of the guys who beat him. He's got height, looks, muscles, without being "grotesque" in the eyes of the general female public..

'The Journey' has been on that website for like...a year and it was supposed to be 16 weeks.

Notice that all the 'Animal' dvds are McGrath training upper-body ONLY. I bet they never come out with 'Animal LEGS'. If so...they'll have like...'Ladiner' instead of McGrath.

Besides having no lats Frank's lower back is non-existant. Matt was comparing Frank's v-taper to Sergio's a while back. Frank could hide behind Sergio.
