You get adequate nutrients with a common, everyday diet and that you would have to PURPOSELY GO OUT OF YOUR WAY to not meet these nutritional needs.And that a Calorie will always be a calorie, but a Macronutrient is not a Macronutrient?I have said this time and time again. by the way adam, why not put your money where your mouth is? here's a diet plan that should be easily sustainable on a daily basis that won't go over roughly 2800 calories and is entirely reasonable as a "common diet".morning: two poptarts and some orange juicelunch: two slices pizza and a can of pepsidinner: spaghetti and meatless sauce with a glass or two of winebefore bed: a bagel with some cream cheese on itthat's entirely "normal" for most people. eat like that on a daily basis and see how it works for you. according to you, a common everyday diet gives you enough nutrients, so that diet must give you plenty of protein, right? and you won't have too many carbs or too much sugar, right?
