Training is cool. Havent gotten a lot of sleep.. I got a massive headache.. i think the lack of sleep has caught up with me.
Funny tho.. i was supposed to do legs on monday because i did chest on thursday, back on friday. sat shoulders, sunday biceps and triceps.. so.. i was about to do legs.. and thein i was like "um... fuck all that.. ill do shoulders again" i hate doing legs...oh yeah.. i also hate doing legs

I'm afraid to ask why. But seriously the roads should be fine, up here you see pavement at least. But if you're at a stop sign and half to pull into the middle of the road to see if you can turn...
