I have a few of these in my garage. This was when Muscular Development was going through its identity crisis, as in Muscular Development-Fitness-Health (MDFH) and All-Natural Muscular Development (ANMD).

They went back to the "We-Love-Steroids-Yes-We-Do!!-We-Love-Steroids-How-'bout-You?" format when Steve Blechman left Twinlab and bought the magazine from his family. But, for nearly a year and a half, they put silicon-stuffed-pseudo-porn-stars on the covers, with nary a bodybuilder in sight (except for the occasional inset).
