No shit I attempted to reply to these questions at least eight times. I'm not talking like doing that one or two minute videos and having to restart I'm talking about 10 minutes or 15 minutes videos and having to restart because of nurse comes in for medication or a nurse comes in to ask about ice water or a nurse comes in to check my blood pressure or lunch gets here or I need blood work in general. Or like tonight after all day getting my pain meds all fucked up (they fucked up in lower the dose and  switched over to Oxycontin as well as oxycodone IR and it took forever for that shit to kick in because I was missing doses. Plus I only got 1 hour sleep last night and about 1 or 2 hours the night before that and one or two hours the night before that as well so I was getting a little loopy in the video 3

why dont you just sleep during the day while you're bound to your hospital room

WTF do you know about any of that shit?

Every time you make a little comment I have a reply for you. You notice that I have a fucking reply for every bullshit accusation you make.

Yet you have avoided every fucking question I asked if you because you cannot answer it.

I said I forget because it was either $500 or $800 out of pocket but I forget what it was but it was much lower than the first rehab facility. And the majority of the first rehabs $6,000 out-of-pocket was my insurance,"s deductible.   So seriously what the fuck you know about any of that? You think you know anything about my fucking life that I haven't already explained
my joke went totally over your head, I will give you some leeway for the pain meds and explain it.
The fact you used the term "I forgot" prompted the quip about you lying, you never forget anything, that's the skill you have.

the only time I try and give you a back handed compliment you still flip your lid.

I notice they get everything right except your pain meds, sounds to me like you are putting a lot of emphasis on the pain meds, likely its the reason your in there in the first place.

I was once in hospital and there was a guy constantly crying for morphine, he only had a bandaged wrist.

Seems the pain meds are a huge priority to you, hooked much?

Except the only ones who forget to do the pain meds or do the payments extremely late and wait till everything fucking wears off are the old white ladies. I explained to the white lady the day after I have the Asian girl how she was writing the times for pain meds on the board and then coming in without me having to ask her and I get the reply from the old white lady "listen I don't follow what to do nurses do".

Not to mention instructions from the doctor wear to stay on top of the oral pain medication because it lasts longer and I won't need the Dilaudid so much (the injectable IV shit), however and when the nurse is fuck up on the times for the oral pain meds it means I would have to sit here and longer (45 minutes or more) letting the pain level rise until about orals kicked in and even then the whole point is 2 have the half-lifes of the orals build up and overlap. But it all gets fucked up when they are 45 minutes plus late and instead of an oral pain medication I need something right fucking now which means the IV Dilaudid. That's how this shit works.

Straight from the doctors mouth, this is the worst infection he has ever seen in his career and I may require pain medication for longer than I think when I am released. I should I expect to be on pain medication for probably maybe 2 weeks maybe 3 when I get out of the hospital and go to the Skilled Nursing Facility. Besides you will likely be on longer than that perhaps five to 8 weeks. That the hole in my hip is very large and will likely be a painfull physical therapy.

And "hooked"? Apparently you have no clue how addiction works. First surgery was on the 18th, and you're telling me it took 12 days to become physically addicted to.doses of 2 mg of Dilaudid and 20 mg of Oxycodone despite being used to treat actual pain? That's what you're saying? Nevermind the fact that I was using 1,000mg doses of diacetylmorphine which is 4 or 5 times stronger than regular morphine sulfate and prior to that I was injecting 14 - 24 mg doses of Dilaudid (with each extra milligram of Dilaudid being exponentially stronger), and I did so for about a year-and-a-half or a little longer..... And despite being off everything for a year-and-a-half, I'm so how going to be addicted to a measly 2 milligram dose of dilaudid?

Bwahahaha please and you can't install more with your vast knowledge of addiction medicine. It's fascinating

Dude - I get that you deserve the correct pain control program - seriously.  And I'm not for a moment suggesting you are 're-addicted' (no such noun - I know)

But as a self-confessed (albeit recovered) user of these things in a former life, aren't you getting even the slightest bit of a "hmmm...  here we (might) go again" spider sense tingle...?

Good luck from me for what it's worth  8)

why dont you just sleep during the day while you're bound to your hospital room

I usually sleep about an hour night before my hip wakes me up and about half hour or twice during the day before my hip wakes me up. Yesterday was fucked up because the nurse decided it was her job to cut the pain med dosage I'd been receiving 75% of the time by 50% without telling me.

These birches are usually late by 30-90minutes with the oral pain med which means I have to use the fast acting iv shit... Which is what she cut by 50%.

Actually quite the opposite. More of your fantasy version of what you WISH my life was. Those who read my chart or know my history are pleased with the fact I've been clean a year and a half. Maybe your shit socialist British healthcare system runs like that, but this is Capitalist America your yellow snaggletooth birch, & we can choose to go to whatever other hospital we want and if the hospital is known for having shit nurses and ship policies people will cease to go to the hospital and send Hospital loses fucking money and before the hospital loses money they will rid themselves of shit nursing staff.

Nurses tend to know when we have visitors and they tend not to come into the room unless called, even if vital-signs are due.

Besides, I said "thanks but no thanks" to the bj's/sex. They're likely to read this at some point since they both check into getbig every so often but never post. A few ex-girlfriends actually are aware of this place and others and check in and lurk whether they train or not. And if they come across any of those YouTube videos they're likely to see me mention this place and will probably check in to see what I was talking about....and they wouldn't kick me or her out, one of them asked what would happen if we got caught (before even bringing it up with me...& yea, they all know about each other)

You do realize I was kidding you?

I know quite a lot about how hospitals and particularly staff operate (pun not intended). The last few years of my wife's life, she spent a lot of time in the hospital with me by her side. Nurses, physician's assistants, technicians and her doctors were constantly coming and going from her room, checking on her. Privacy was out of the question. It was her dialysis technician who told us that for each day one is in the hospital, it takes six days of recovery to get back to normal....whatever normal is.

Likely coming from the nest of black widows I have outside near my air conditioning unit and have found a few recently inside as well. Including a couple in my closet down by some of my luggage and a dead one behind my couch which could have gotten Dragged In and stepped on on my shoe, and one in my entertainment center underneath my TV.

I live in a fucking desert where black widows are common you fucking moron

Buy Raid and use it frequently.

Actually I have Blue Shield PPO not that I expect you know what that means. How do you think I afforded to go to rehab twice last year? The First Rehab in april being $60,000 for 30 days with $6,000 out of pocket and a second rehab in Nov being $35,000 with I forget what out of pocket but it wasn't $6,000

Fuck you're an idiot.

With what you are spending on rehab each year, you could go on a couple of cruises. Wouldn't that be more fun?  ;D

I've had Regency Blue Cross for years. When it was employer provided, it was a PPO plan. Currently, it's Regency MedAdvantge  PPO. There is a max out of pocket per year. The amount varies depending on the plan you choose. Mine is $6,700.

I resist pain meds no matter the circumstances/level of pain. When I've been in the hospital, staff says that I need to take them. I disagree. I control pain using the power of my mind. There's no sides and no potential addiction with this method.

Seems like a weak mind to me...
