well shawn is, considering "kevin livroni" has never even stepped on an IFBB pro stage before (providing he actually exists).

Well, if this is the man i think you're talking about than I would have to agree with you

 8) 8)

yeah thats him, i have seen his training video. he is strong as hell. i think he bench presses 400 lbs or so for alot of reps.

495lbs bench press
405 behind the neck presses
1500lbs leg press
100lbs arm curl
300lbs lat pull down

All of this a few weeks out, Kevin Levrone is King.

damn, thats pretty close to the World record i think. mosti have seen anyone bench is when a big dude did like 275 for several reps (didnt count the number of reps). but he has been working out for 7 or maybe 8 years.

the "405 behind the neck press" was actually 4 plates per side for half reps on the Smith machine, still very impressive but far from a legitimate full range barbell 405 behind the neck press.

495? damn. how can the tendons support that amount of weight? i have never understood that. personally i can bench like 200 for 5-6 reps and i definately feel it in my shoulder tendons.

Are you for real? That's Sergio Oliva! The 'signature pose' didn't give it away?

I have noticed that arnolds legs arent as big as the legs of todays bodybuilders. which is a good thing in my opinion. too big legs look funny. id be happy if i get my legs to arnolds size. dont want legs like ronnie coleman.

thats a bad picture of Arnold, hes very young there

In his prime he actually had great legs albeit not large compared to today

Nah.

did you read his book?

he must have had great routines or he wouldnt have become so big. they probably have better routines nowdays tho. but i think the modern routines make the legs too big.
