Timing is getting better, this one was my second best. Been doing a lot of negative split training and I ran during the winter on weekends which helped. My 3 halfs thus far is NYC at 2:23, the second was very hilly at 2:25 but this one was 2:15 I did my negative split at this one. I'm shooting for a 2:05 in Boston on the 25th. It's the backside on my halfs that kill my time but I've been working with an elite runner and our goal is to get me at 4:30 in October for my third full marathon
