After low carbing for approximately 10 weeks, and a 20lb weight loss, week before last I "carbed up" by eating everything I felt like including pizza, hamburgers, fried chicken, ice cream every night, pop tarts and other cool junk food. Went up 6 lbs, but as of this past Monday, after cleaning my diet up again last week, I was 3lbs less.
Always great to do the "free for all eating" for a week.
