Screw dieting, ...I'm about to indulge in a wierd craving for pecan pie. Yep. f**k dieting. eat properly, enjoy a "single person size" pecan pie (>that's not wierd, it's wonderful) & just work hard all day everyday. today I'm moving bricks, that's good upper excercise I'm 8.8 (8 stone 8 = two fat ladies in bingo lingo. But I'm shortish (5'6") and muscle weighs more than fat. >You could just eat less and enjoy it more? and never ever snack xL

Meddy, do you want to join Rearden Metal, Cheri Lane and I for a month-long diet? It's not going to be a pre-contest diet or anything...just cleaning up a bit

good morning tuesday the 19th and day two of the diet, how is it going? cold sweats when walking past the potato chips, hot flashes when thinking about the milkey way bites in the freezer, late night glass of water turn in to a frantic search for the old box of pop tarts in the pantry that ends with you finding the empty box and then slogging back to bed where you think long and hard about kicking your husband to wake him and makeing the thoughtless beast drive to 7-11 right now as punishment?
