many modes/phases of depletion
energy stores in muscles
the more you train the more it holds
finding the balance of being refueled and non depleted against outside bodyfat
is what im looking for.
one must have plenty inside stores of fat to lose outside fat
if im totally 'full' then i know need to back off on training, because usually when im 'full' im in a overstimulated state with too much food ciruclating in the body, i know by know this is what i call a training 'high'. thefore highs should be followed by lows to releive pressure of retention of 'too many feuls' in the body. and must be detoxified a following day, this helps with body fat loss, on a fruit and water only day of fasting also helps with recouperation by giving the muscles more water with the water and fruit fast.
its easy to become dehydrated when eating alot /training alot/ in a peaked state of expansion. if the body is overly saturated with fuels, aches and pains start happening, although you may look bigger swole and dry when training alot and eating the right amount. you are dehydrated and setting yourself up for failure unless you recognize your body needs to chill out and take a full 24 hours to fully rehydrate and releive pressure on the body
