ive been keeping in shape, although not my best, and certainly not even close to a true falcon standard yet still have a good amount of fat to lose under the pex , abs ect, but i have been learning some interesting diet tactics as well as documenting changes on a daily basis of energy reserves, and sleep.
i realize i am having to open up my ears bigger to listen for the signs. Come down-the song from bush ties in perfectly, because i was actually nearly shredded a few days ago but i think i didnt adjust my diet correctly for the changes or take a time to literally "come down" . because if you try to get lean real fast though ALOT of training and zero starches that fat needs to be increased and natural sugars from fruit to break it down. sometimes just eggs sometimes pb

i feel i have replaced fat loss with the crystaline structure that the mitochondria cells seem to build upon through lips. my destiney is much further in reach
