Yea, I take 12.5mg of hydroclorothiazide a day.  Also use Cranberry Chews to keep the kidney stones at bay.

Makes sense, I think hydroclorothiazide prevents kidney stones as well. I'm sure your doctor told you it can cause potassium deficiency. My doc told me that would be next step if mine didn't stabilize.

I take lisinopril and amlodipine now. My BP went from 155/105 to about 118/70. I feel so much better, more stamina, sleep better.

I thought you said they were sponsoring you?

I promoted their line of products on my radio show and website when they were still putting everything together.  Once everything was completed and hired all the people, my services were no longer required although I did write an article for BSL on the passing of Dan Lurie.  I did make some money from the Amazon affiliate sales and I did get the standard BSL Team Member Kit but I was never employed by Blackstone Labs.

The only people actually working for BSL is Aaron, Darielle PJ, Matt Meinroid, Geoff Roberts, Mike and Christine Libertore....I believe Aaron has a couple of Mexicans working in their warehouse with the shipping and packaging and that's really it.

Well you can check the training section and members pics section to see me.

But you are absolutely correct.....Vince does smoke me in size for sure.

I am coming across rude but I honestly see no progress. Sometimes the delusional need to hear the truth.  :-\

I don't remember Vince listing a gym membership in the "what are your expenses" thread, so was he just touring the local Bally's when he snapped this pic?

I pay 120 bucks every 6 months...just started back last month...good change of venue from my home gym which I still use for the majority of my training.  But its good to do cardio while watching Duck Dynasty since I don't have cable at home

I considered using what you're using but the doc recommended the thiazide because of the kidney stone protection as well.  Being black and all, can't be fucking around with stuff like high blood pressure.

I don't see muscle added...I see fat. :-X

And I don't see a lot of extra fat added compared to the pics he posted before.

Vince has excellent calves.   Beyond that, his proportions are ill-suited for anything not related to swinging from tree to tree.
