I don't ever want to put anyone down for personal progress, but what exactly are we supposed to see in that picture that represents progress?

You are completely covered up and the lighting as you have so eloquently pointed out in the title of this thread, is nonexistant.

You look like a fat blob taking a picture of your fat silhouette Vince.

I suppose the calves look okay.  :-\

Thanks....good to be healthy again to train hard after those kidney stones and blood pressure issues.

Yea, I take 12.5mg of hydroclorothiazide a day.  Also use Cranberry Chews to keep the kidney stones at bay.
