Kev would rather be big[ger than his 2016 self].
I think he said he was 245 at the time, and later said 225 - I think 225 sounds about right.
Still though - Kev's parents both died before 70 as best as I can remember from his first DVD [correct me if I'm wrong, but it shows the tombstone at the end and it was something like that, but I could be mistaken. To be honest, my website probably has that info, LOL].
For Kev's health, he should just be 190. What's so amazing about Kev is that he looks good at ALL body weights - 180 - 200 - 220 - 240 - 260.
Other bodybuilders slim down and have giant hands and look to have a massive frame that needs to be filled - Kev does not have this issue, so why does he want to be so big? He could look like a prime Mark Wahlberg at 65, and he just needs to be bodybuilding pro size for some reason?

Years ago, a Getbigger wrote an amazing post about the psychological state Gary Strydom was in to have made his comeback. It was a sad and humbling read.
Getbig ultimately gets a lot of flak, but I believe everyone deep down, loves this board more than most others. Say what you will about us, but we Getbiggers are an honest bunch.
