Title: you burn about 5 grams of carbs per 5 min of semi rigourous continuous lifting

what do you guys think about that. from my resarch this is about right give or take a few grams im thinking 5-10at most

so about 75 grams of carbohydrates to get you all the way through an intense workout...ive been wondering that for a long time.
