I forgot to take my tuna to work today, so in desperation, I went to Subway. They had pamphlets with very detailed nutritional information. This is the best they had in terms of overall nutritional value:
Turkey Breast Wrap
CALS: 190
FAT: 6g
PROTEIN: 24g
CARBS: 18g
FIBER: 9g
Of course, no mayo, no cheese, no chips and no soda. Regardless, it did not taste bad . . .

Subway is not bad, I love their steak and cheese on Honey Oat Bread. Dam I am getting hungry just thinking about it ;D

i went on the subway diet for 6 weeks and gained 40 pounds
1 footlong
white bread
meatballs
pickles
american cheese
spicy mustard
i ate four of those a day,damn those assholes for not making the diet more simple ;D

no subway isn't that bad, i eat there every once in awhile. I usually get Roasted chicken on whole wheat or a turkey breast club.
