I never train abs in OFFSEASON. I don't have to since my diet is very stable and solid right now so they are still visible...just a 4-pack for now.

Lee was very polite when I met him briefly at one of the expos last yr. Seemed has was cordial to everyone else he was talking to as well.
Shit, some of these guys are forced to go to the expo and greet fans when they are in their last phaze of dieting right before a show. I know when I competed, I was very tired and probably irritable as well. Definitely not the easiest time to talk to people.
