IF it was TA, we would have seen this a long long long time ago. To his credit there are very few better posting on getbig at self promotion than TA. The vid was added 9 months ago.

Gymnasts are strong as hell with functional strength. Those were real one-arm pullups not like the kind you see people do when they are hanging on the bar with one hand and the other one is holding onto the arm helping. That was great.

I feel that one handed pullups are one of my better exercises. I routinely do them as well as regular ones, sets of 20-25.

That guy weighs about 150.
I can do that for reps at 199...at the end of a back workout.
Not that impressive, especially considering his bodyweight.

humble enough to video tape it. I do believe a guy who weighs 140 lbs can do this with lots of practice. He is probably a rock climber and some of those guys are very impressive at this sort of skill.

wow. you do sets of 20-25 on the one arm pull ups, you've squated 465 for reps, you've done 225 for 112 reps on the deadlift, you're a mensa, you're rich, you've helped out black folks...man, you've really got a well developed internet identity. To bad you can't prove anything.
I'll give you credit though you've managed to turn DW into you're lackey, it's amazing how you can brainwash these guys.

they are a impressive thing to do, obviously it isn't him, I thought u were kidding dw. A big part in being able to do them is having legs like a women, like I do, really skinny.

my firend done 100 a few months back. 50 earm arm alternating. he can do a few reps maybe 4 in a row. i have a vid of him doin it.
they say u need to be able to chin 185% ur bw to do one.
