hey guys
I was wonderig, if you guys can help me with my post workout meal.. right now, i take 5 grams of creatine in grape juice after my workout in the gym. then an hour later, i take a whey protein shake,1/2 cups of oatmeal and a banna or some apple source. should i in another protein shake?? and take that with my creatin in the gym??
right now, i switched from glutamine to straight amino acid pills. i take tose with the meal after the oatmeal.
what do u guys think about the Milos Sarcov power shake??

60 grams of a dextrose type drink like Vitargo straight after the workout. Then 20 mins later have your whey with added BCAA and glutamine. Save the oatmeal (with eggwhites) for the following meal.

thats not really enough for me....... after training my just so hungry...... i see how the pros just eating alot of carbs after training.... so thats what I started to do......

You seen it? or read it somewhere? It all comes down to the time you train.. ;)

i train an hour after meal one. whick is eggs and turkey bacon. when i waited like two or somthing to train. i would feel lat and no energy. i train high intensity and high volume. which takes a lot of of me. so, i'm running on everything on empty.

Wouldnt hurt to eat some complex carbs (if working out post an hour since meal one).
