I agree your delts put Alex' to shame.  Good job man.  That was a big transformation to make.

See it's not all about being 250 ripped like you use to want to be.  200-220 I think is a great weight to be ripped at, if your 6'.

Looking much better but once you get down around 5-6% you will see how you stack up to the great Alexxx.

oh yeah...in addition; when these last two pictures were taken, i was eating carsb only pre workout all day long.   now ive added in 30 grams of carbs into my post workout shake...   but still lost that 2% bf.     its too easy, guys.

it's a matter of calories not necessarily carbs,  take in less than you expend and you lose fat.

yes this is true, but carbs digest much qucker than proteins do. thus making it easier for them to be stored as fat .. unlesss you are performing strenous physical activity. proteins also promote muscle grwth when we are burning them. carbs on the other hand only give us energy; do nothing in the sense of muscle tissue repair. except post workout, when the spiked insulin levels help promote faster protein digestion. but that is not directly aiding the healilng process, just more like an energy drink for your metabolism before its race.

No.  You store nothing in a caloric deficit.  impossible

Alexxx is also on the swim team but he's 2nd string.   ;D

Same age, and god damn to I dwarf you. And let's note this isn't a recent picture and I forgot to flex my stomach while taking this one.
ill make no excuses. you look better a bit better in this comparison of pictures. slightly fuller chest, a little bit leaner. and untill i post a comparison picture where i look better; you can think you look slightly better than me me.

but you will see what you do not now.... i am 6 foot and the person taking that picture is like 5'6''. your looking at me in an upward angle..which in a picture visually shrinks the shoulders and trap.. plus i have bad lighting with no shadows to relfect down off of my arms chest or shoulders.   you will see.

Slightly better? Slightly fuller chest? Yeah, your delusional. You should also note that I had to up the image size of my picture because of how far away it was taken.

I'm much thicker then you, and this is a picture of me at 60% of my best.

Both of you still have over 20-40 lbs to lose
