bar = 45 pounds
plate = 45 pounds
3 on each side so if there are 2 sides to the bar then it goes like so 3x2=6
6x45(plate)=270
1(bar)x45= +45

he didn't struggle on the 315 dummy, he did 9 reps and the bar didn't stall once even on the last rep, that's why i believe it was 405 on the last set.

He did 6 reps there sharp one..

its one continous clip (atleast last couple of sets).so i dont think he had time to load another plate or we would have seen it...also when he lies down to do the last set you can see he has 3 plates on each side.

As much as 4 wheels a side is foreign to squadfather, he counted them up proper. The video isn't shot without breaks because they loaded the fourth plate at 2:35 (watch the cut and change of angle). At 2:43, you can see the third to last plate "bounce" clearly showing the other two prior plates.

Well you should be able to close grip bench what you high incline bench.. so I would say it is possible he is using 4 plates.

ive watched frank bench 500 for a single and rep out 405 on flat for 10-12. his forms is soemwhat slower in these vids though and he isnt really going all that hard. i would say its 405 i seen him do 365 on close grip for reps but not 405. he is actually pretty strong.

ya i use to train at the gym he did back home. he has good strength for a pro, ive actually seen 405 for ten. and 315 shoulder presses for 12. nothing crazy on back or legs.
