you dont need to lift weights to realize that if the body gets stripped of nutrition the nutrition aint gonna do you any good

Joel...just like myself and OTHERS who did this routine - could not raise his arms - period...
Monster 15 pound d-bells were long gone...super-monster 6 pound d-bells were used and finally empty hand was still "too heavy" for any lateral, front or overhead raise...

But - my "super-strong getbig keyboard warriors" can do much better...Right?
That's why everyone is coming for a challenge to Koloseum?

You name it - I can make any exercise impossible to do with as little weight as you suggest...

If you didn't notice IFBB PROS don't lift with their "egos"...rather than that we use just a few (hundred ;)) bodybuilding advanced techniques we found to be much more effective than simply - picking up the heavy weight and impressing ladies in the gym...

In two hours from now - Hide, Ed Van Amsterdam and I will train shoulders in my gym...Again - expect brutal intensity with monster 10 pound d-bel presses...(If we feel good we might go up to 12.5 pounders...)

I can only imagine what kind of chemicals you'd have to be on for that to not be over training. You poor bastards.

It is absolutely impossible to even type after this kind of workout - that's why I have to use my personal secretary...
