By the way, i think Milos training is really tough in spite of lifting girly weight.
As you know,my legs are not bad and i construct my legs with only 140kg squat. Not my best lift 220kg x4.
And 140kg continuous tension reps makes my face really pale. Those best lift(Low reps with lifting explosively) need a lot of concentration but it doesnt make my face pale.

Lifting to feed the ego - rather than muscle...with motto: Impress others rather than yourself! Look good for "the moment" rather than FOREVER...
Weight, machines, cables...ANY KIND OF RESISTENCE is only a requisite we use to specifically STIMULATE muscle fibers according to our specific goals...
I am showing you some examples from the actual workouts I have in my gym with many professionals - so you can see how we train and possibly learn thing or two...and all you see is "girlie, gay, monster weight"...instead of thinking WHAT we did (hundreds of pictures with explanations are posted on my board...which took me HOURS to do - and I did it for FANS...FREE OF CHARGE)...
Yet, instead of maybe trying exact workout and THAN making the comments and asking questions - you guys only attack...criticise and don't listen...
Also, I can very, very easily ignore all of you and don't respond to any of the attacks.
Many in my position would do exactly that - but I don't...
I know that regardless of few loud ones (who hate themselves and therefore have no love for others either - so they just drain everyone's energy with their constant stupidities) there are many who actually listen what I have to say and for those people I continue to post photos and elaborate in detail my workouts...
When you realize that STIMULATION of muscle is G-zillion times more important than lifting X-amount of pounds (in horrible form) just to impress few bystanders - than and only than you will start making some progress...
When you get the OPEN MIND to try different things and HONESTLY train to FEEL THE MUSCLE rather than just lift the weight from point A to point B - you can expect THE BEST PROGRESS...
Usually - you are mentioning only few things in lifting without considering HOW MANY VARIABLES are there to be manipulated with...
Weight (load) and tempo is about the only thing I can hear you mentioning...while Resistance training and bodybuilding is SO MUCH MORE THAN THAT...
If I am not embarrassed lifting pink 3 pound dumbbells and post a picture of that - maybe you shouldn't either...
These "macho getbig babies" can continue to talk their macho talk in the shadow of their basement they will be locked up to the rest of their life as they have no courage to face the real world and take the responsabilities life brings...
Couple of weeks from now in Koloseum gym I will have several professionals preparing for the Ironman and it will be sight to see...

Milos, you aren't going to get through to these idiots who see that picture and make stupid comments. I have written on here before when I trained with the Barbarian Brothers when we did lateral raises. We would start at the 60's or 65's and do 4 to 6 reps and go down in 5 lb increments all the way down to the 5 lb dumbells. No rest between sets. It looked so stupid that we could barely do the 5 lb DB's 10 times it was embarassing but it was the hardest thing would do. I know and the guys on here who have actually trained understand. But, you are not going to get through to the others.
And any bets I will put on you.

when i was a kid, I remember at 18 curling 225 for reps, and using 100lb dbs.....thought I was quite the stud....I had the opportunity to train with someone who was a pro at the time.....we didnt use more than 30 lb dumbbells, or a 60 lb dumbell for curls...I was fried after 4 sets....we finished at 6 sets....when I finally understood what intensity/concentration was about, my gains multiplied....
children, a 30 lb dumbell in a pro bodybuilders hand (especially one as smart as Milos) IS different than a 30 lb dumbell some neginner is using in his basement.

It's hard to criticize the amount of weight used. The questions to ask is how is the form, cadence speed and how many sets? Chris Dickerson use to get grief over the weights he used until you tried to keep up with him. He used 5 to 6 sets per exercise with very little rest inbetween sets. Going like a machine from exercise to exercise. He was a lifting endurance animal.
He wasn't the only major pro that was seen using seemingly "light" weights. How about Tom Platz using 135 for sets of benches? &guy Callard has used 80 lbs for wrist curls. In Iron man it was reported that Robby Robinson used 95lbs for curls just passing the bar back and forth with his training partner. Tony Pearson using 100lbs for tricep extensions. The point I'm trying to make is if you are training with fast volume it is impossible to use big weights. It was written in Ironman that a big guy wanted to work out with Al Beckles thinking that this top pro used light weights. In the end he couldn't keep up with Al and his lights weights during a workout.
Now I do believe in heavy lifting. Al Beckles was an Olympic lifter in his early days. I use a form of HIT not volume.

In Iron man it was reported that Robby Robinson used 95lbs for curls just passing the bar back and forth with his training partner. Tony Pearson using 100lbs for tricep extensions. The point I'm trying to make is if you are training with fast volume it is impossible to use big weights. It was written in Ironman that a big guy wanted to work out with Al Beckles thinking that this top pro used light weights. In the end he couldn't keep up with Al and his lights weights during a workout.
Now I do believe in heavy lifting. Al Beckles was an Olympic lifter in his early days. I use a form of HIT not volume.
Yeah I love train heavy too. But its too hard for a natural guy because of recuperation. I train very heavy every 4 weeks.

I agree...you can only lift superheavy for so long. You muscles and joints can only take so much at a particular interval. I think periodization is important. I've seen too many lifters eventually tear muscles and have bad joints from lifting heavy all the time.

Of course, after doing X amount of any exercise, you won't be able to lift 10lbs, etc. I really doubt those methods would work so well with someone natural though. Do you train any natural guys that look sick or just mad juicers? Anyone can train someobody on crazy anabolic and get them to grow. A real challenge would be to take some scrawn dog, then put 30lbs of quality muscle on him. Try that for your next experiment Milos. Whenever I see someone training someone with good genetics on mad gear, even though he may know a lot, it takes a great knowledge and trainer to get someone with shit genetics who is natural, then turn them into something great.

From the pictures I have seen and the descriptions of his workouts I beleive they are intense. That being said I do think some heavy weight has to be used to stimulate fast twitch muscle fibers. Slow reps are fine but he should start off with a heavy exercise first then move on to the other intensity techniques that you like. Now he may do that, I don't know.

Of course, after doing X amount of any exercise, you won't be able to lift 10lbs, etc. I really doubt those methods would work so well with someone natural though. Do you train any natural guys that look sick or just mad juicers? Anyone can train someobody on crazy anabolic and get them to grow. A real challenge would be to take some scrawn dog, then put 30lbs of quality muscle on him. Try that for your next experiment Milos. Whenever I see someone training someone with good genetics on mad gear, even though he may know a lot, it takes a great knowledge and trainer to get someone with shit genetics who is natural, then turn them into something great.

So they will again justify in their minds that due to their natural status - they cannot train like me (for example)...
Well, photos of my two friends from Malaysia will prove that in 16 weeks they made HUGE PROGRESS DRUG FREE...training with my methods - super intense advance methods I practice...
Certainly, in the beginning they could not handle that intensity...but slowly they became better and better - to the point that close to their competition - they were absolutely UNSTOPABLE MACHINES - training at the highest level of intensity...
Off course I adjusted their food intake and made PRECISE SUPPLEMENTATION program (something that many of you don't believe in - but knowing WHAT to take and exactly HOW MUCH and WHEN - could make ALL THE DIFFERENCE)!

I assume you would much rather focus on the weight that you are lifting (like some people here) and know that after you finish the set of something - you can claim that you did so many reps with so much weight...rather than being able to say - you felt your muscle working to absolute exhaustion...

To conclude:
A lot of people would benefit from the idea that OVERTRAINING will not occur IF they eat properly, rest adequately and stimulate muscles appropriately during the training...
I would much rather attempt to overtrain - and if I realize that I did - back off a notch...rather than assume that if I do extra this or that - I would overtrain and therefore not even attempt to stimulate MORE or BETTER muscle fibers of the muscle I am training that day...

And in my style - I practice JUST ABOUT EVERYTHING...From heavy to light; from static, super slow...slow..moderate... to super fast; from minimal to maximal load, volume, intensity....super heavy to super light....etc..etc - and COMBINATION of everything above...
I take each and every INDIVIDUAL example (client or specific goal) and design SPECIFIC program to most effectively (MOST results in LEAST amount of time) achieve the goal(s)...
8- "Great Milos" does know a better way...so if you really want to become a "SHOW STOPPER" Mr. (or Ms? ::)) Showstoppa - maybe you could travel few miles to come here and let me make sure you don't overtrain while possibly doubling (or tripling?) amount of work you are presently doing with (I assume ;D) moderate or no results at all...and finally you might even get some results? Lifetime drug free to me does not mean to simply pass all your tests. It means you never did any banned drugs.

Asian Games, being organized every 4 years (like the Olympics) use the same labs for their testing...and IF you are aware - there IS a test for EVERYTHING nowadays...including EPO, GH and Insulin...(previously not detectable...)
Especially because of my "little problem with the DEA" and my connection to BALCO labs - I would be the first person to be watched, scrutinized and my athletes were first in line to be tested...
If they would have failed the test - it would be a scandal of enormous proportions.
You can guess the consequences of something like that happenning.
While I can NEVER claim ANYTHING with 100% certainty - UNLESS I AM TALKING ABOUT MYSELF - I also have no means to guarantee you or anybody else - that I am unconditionally 10O% certain they NEVER DID ANYTHING...(for something like that I would have to be next to them 24 hours a day for the duration of their life...).
But, as I had the wonderful opportunity to get to know them and spend considerable amount of time with them - I have complete trust in both of them - and I felt very comfortable about the doping test.
As it usually goes - some of you would just NOT want to believe that Natural athletes can look this good...

Last year, i saw an article of Yahoo News saying a Yogi did 400days non eating and workd 8 hours daily and finaly Nasa picked him up for studying his body for the journey to mars.
From my experience of my self and seeing those strange things, watching these two amateur bbers saying they are natural dont surprise me AT ALL. Even if they have the size of cutler and coleman. Everything is in mentality.
For me, biggest shock of BBing and power lifting is Daiki Kodama.In front of him,nothing impressive

No. I know two people personaly who lived without food but they needed water. Theory is this: In Yoga and taoism,they consider this world is made of only one material called "Ki" or "Plana". So Food is also made of "Ki". Then many of taoist began to think,if they absorb Ki in the air,they can live without eating food. And they spend the time of absorbing Ki in the air or around tree in stead of eating food. And they made it. And this level of training is not so difficult and attainable but you need a lot of practice of years. Me myself, I have been practising for seven years and i can absorb Ki in the air, but never tryed it. One day i would like to.

Why dont you practice your self?
For just feeling Ki of your own hands, it takes only 3 minutes or so.
But, if you want to concentrate your ki in certain place,it takes months.

OK.I can teach you how to feel Ki only now.
1, You thrust very hard your palms each other.(about 10 seconds)
2,Then you stop thrust hard and make a distance between your palms and go near and far, near and far.Then you begin to feel something like cotton or small baloon between your palms.
Its the sign that you begin to feel Ki between your palms.
3,If you practice it once in 3-4 days,then stop thrusting your palms and begin to feel it only.If you feel it. You are progressing.
4,Now you are capable of feeling Ki of anything near by. Try many things approaching your palms. I recomend you doing it to Dogs, Cats...etc. Because they have ki similar to you. Much easier to feel it. Then go to feel electro domestic machine turned on, you feel strong ki different from those animals. Then go to plants like flower,Bonsai. Then finaly you can try rocks,metals...etc.
From these exercise, you will realize that every existance of this world have certain magnetic field(ki).
If you go more far, you can reach the level of body and mental health of another people clearly by only putting your palm above them or even standing near by.
