Now, I agree with you about the average person going to the gym not training hard enough, but to make blanket statements that sound like EVERYBODY in your mind doesn't train hard enough and are lazy is ridiculous because they don't do 50 sets of 25lb db curls.
And to use the fact that people allegedly travel 1000's of miles to train with you, justifying anything, is absurd. You act like I have a grudge against users when I simply don't care. That's each person's decision. Much like you juiced yourself to the gills, used oil, etc... to achieve what you wanted, to be an IFBB pro. Good for you. But that only makes you an expert on what works for you, not every lifter on the planet. And spare me the sanctimonious crap.
Anybody who tries to say there is only one way to train, is an idiot. Look at all the various training styles used over the years that have resulted in incredible physiques. Yet the "Great Milos" knows a better way! hahaha, maybe you should film an infomercial?
Take two (rather 22?) deepest breaths you can take...and see if you are actually awake?
If so - maybe you should ease up on that alcohol or whatever else you are taking, smoking...etc (should I use your terms and say - much like you use XYZ ...to the gills to achieve what you wanted, I just don't really know WHAT that really is...in your case.) And spare me ANY KIND of crap (nice language BTW...Speaking of "touchy"...

I know G-zillion guys and girls that train hard...many even harder than me. So only your insecure little self that take everything so personally could put those words in my mouth (or should I say - assume that I even thought something like that.).
Don't confuse EVERYBODY with what I said: LAZY PEOPLE who look for every excuse NOT TO train hard so they start believing in OVERTRAINING and consider some of my advance training methods as overtraining!!!

4- I agree with you on one point - It is each person's decision IF/WHAT/HOW MUCH...etc they will use...but for you to make assumption that I juiced myself to the gills is little bit irresponsible - don't you think ?(thus I feel it is OK and only fair that I can also assume some things about you...)
5- You are forgeting that OUR conversation started as YOU asked me a question...Question that I could easily ignore...but I choose to BE NICE and answer your question.
After all I thought that you have at least little bit of respect for me as you actually asked me for my EXPERT opinion (my expertise I guess dissapeared the second I said couple of things in general (not directed to you - but you took it that way as obviously YOU ARE one of those people (lazy people) I was talking about...)

Now, do you know anyone who claims that? Are you maybe one of those...who believe that ONLY HEAVY WEIGHT is the way to go and that ridiculous 50 sets of 25lb db curls would do NOTHING to NOBODY? You contradict yourself with each succeeding sentence...if you didn't notice...

7- "Look at all the various training styles used over the years that have resulted in incredible physiques."...I did...and not just that I looked - I tried them all...I observed everything (and everyone) accepted what was usefull (what made sense to me)...discarded what was useless (or at least NOT very effective) and created what was essentially MY OWN style of training....
And in my style - I practice JUST ABOUT EVERYTHING...From heavy to light; from static, super slow...slow..moderate... to super fast; from minimal to maximal load, volume, intensity....super heavy to super light....etc..etc - and COMBINATION of everything above...
I take each and every INDIVIDUAL example (client or specific goal) and design SPECIFIC program to most effectively (MOST results in LEAST amount of time) achieve the goal(s)...
8- "Great Milos" does know a better way...so if you really want to become a "SHOW STOPPER" Mr. (or Ms?

) Showstoppa - maybe you could travel few miles to come here and let me make sure you don't overtrain while possibly doubling (or tripling?) amount of work you are presently doing with (I assume

) moderate or no results at all...and finally you might even get some results? After all you are not a newby...so maybe we could take BEFORE and AFTER pics...for all of us to see...Maybe?...Than we can even do and infomercial together and we can call it "Milos knows better way!"
