god sake, why are some ppl complaining about this. here this guy posts a picture of himself, clearly displaying his physique as well, which probably took as usual hard work and heavy weight to build. so, he uses light weights, probably because he felt like it. Hey maybe he had a wrist injury. shows he's not concerned with training his ego also.

dude, trust me even if you posted yourself curling x amount of pounds, SOMEONE, at least one person, would find something to criticize you for.

As for training for feel. You proved my point.  YOU can't tell someone else how it's supposed to feel (by your own admission) so how can you advocate training people with that as your parameters/guidelines?

Again - when BEGGINERS start talking about overtraining - it is comical...
Before you can sprint you should learn to walk...When you have few years of training experience - MAYBE you will understand what I am trying to say...

I've talked to numerous people in the last 20 years and it was always the same - people who start worrying about overtraining are usually LAZY people with poor work ethics looking for excuses to justify their laziness...

Next, they would look for other excuses and (like you) pop the question like: "what part does juice play in the equation?"
So they will again justify in their minds that due to their natural status - they cannot train like me (for example)...

Well, photos of my two friends from Malaysia will prove that in 16 weeks they made HUGE PROGRESS DRUG FREE...training with my methods - super intense advance methods I practice...

Certainly, in the beginning they could not handle that intensity...but slowly they became better and better - to the point that close to their competition - they were absolutely UNSTOPABLE MACHINES - training at the highest level of intensity...

Off course I adjusted their food intake and made PRECISE SUPPLEMENTATION program (something that many of you don't believe in - but knowing WHAT to take and exactly HOW MUCH and WHEN - could make ALL THE DIFFERENCE)!

If I put your hand in boiling water and ask you if you feel a slight warm sensation - should I assume that I can't tell you how it suppose to feel ::)...
When you learn how to train - you will sense EVERYTHING - just like you would sense that boiling water - regardless if your trainer is telling you or not...
I assume you would much rather focus on the weight that you are lifting (like some people here) and know that after you finish the set of something - you can claim that you did so many reps with so much weight...rather than being able to say - you felt your muscle working to absolute exhaustion...

As for feel, I just think it's a stretch to be able to gauge someones workout based soley on it. I think that is treading dangerously close to the "I got a pump" mentality of working out.

I just think if newbs are following your ideas, you will continue to see a bunch of skinny guy doing drop sets of DB curls up and down the rack. When they could be better served lifting heavy and building a REAL foundation.

Why should you believe that my guys are drug free - maybe because they competed in numerous IFBB drug tested shows - passing with flying colors (Sazali is 3 times IFBB World Champion) and both ofthem just competed in Asian Games (Doha) where they were exposed to drug testing (especially as they were MY athletes)...

And yes - I am the same guy who almost died injecting oil that (not almost) but - went through my heart a few years ago (2000)...
I also made example of myself letting YOU GUYS KNOW about my stupid mistake with hope that some of you will take my bad experience as example NOT TO REPEAT MY MISTAKE...

So, to make it clear - I am always willing to use myself as example - even if it is very negative...

Also - I do not get insulted - but simply react on everyone's questions - and after my response - somehow ALL OF YOU (or I should say MOST OF YOU) get offended when I give you a little piece of your own medicine...

At the end - it is funny to me to see how many of you have words of advise for me and suggesting that IF someone trains with me will have NO results...

Is this why I am constantly booked by numerous people around the world who travel thousands of miles to come and train with me?

I am obviously responding TO ALL OF YOUR QUESTIONS here (off course when my time permits) and as you can see I don't choose who I am talking to - I answer to everyone...

Instead of using that opportunity for ALL OF US TO GET ALONG AND LEARN SOMETHING FROM EACH OTHER - you guys prefer to fight, argue, insult...etc...

I have a very thick skin and most of the comments don't bother me - I only don'trespond to really tasteless ones when my family (wife and even my daughter are mentioned...)...but other than that - I am pretty much "game" every time...

To conclude:

A lot of people would benefit from the idea that OVERTRAINING will not occur IF they eat properly, rest adequately and stimulate muscles appropriately during the training...

I would much rather attempt to overtrain - and if I realize that I did - back off a notch...rather than assume that if I do extra this or that - I would overtrain and therefore not even attempt to stimulate MORE or BETTER muscle fibers of the muscle I am training that day...

Now, I agree with you about the average person going to the gym not training hard enough, but to make blanket statements that sound like EVERYBODY in your mind doesn't train hard enough and are lazy is ridiculous because they don't do 50 sets of 25lb db curls. 
And to use the fact that people allegedly travel 1000's of miles to train with you, justifying anything, is absurd. You act like I have a grudge against users when I simply don't care.  That's each person's decision.  Much like you juiced yourself to the gills, used oil, etc... to achieve what you wanted, to be an IFBB pro.  Good for you.  But that only makes you an expert on what works for you, not every lifter on the planet.  And spare me the sanctimonious crap.

Take two (rather 22?) deepest breaths you can take...and see if you are actually awake?
If so - maybe you should ease up on that alcohol or whatever else you are taking, smoking...etc (should I use your terms and say - much like you use XYZ ...to the gills to achieve what you wanted, I just don't really know WHAT that really is...in your case.) Now, do you know anyone who claims that? Are you maybe one of those...who believe that ONLY HEAVY WEIGHT is the way to go and that ridiculous 50 sets of 25lb db curls would do NOTHING to NOBODY? You contradict yourself with each succeeding sentence...if you didn't notice... ;)

7- "Look at all the various training styles used over the years that have resulted in incredible physiques."...I did...and not just that I looked - I tried them all...I observed everything (and everyone) accepted what was usefull (what made sense to me)...discarded what was useless (or at least NOT very effective) and created what was essentially MY OWN style of training....
And in my style - I practice JUST ABOUT EVERYTHING...From heavy to light; from static, super slow...slow..moderate... to super fast; from minimal to maximal load, volume, intensity....super heavy to super light....etc..etc - and COMBINATION of everything above...
I take each and every INDIVIDUAL example (client or specific goal) and design SPECIFIC program to most effectively (MOST results in LEAST amount of time) achieve the goal(s)...

8- "Great Milos" does know a better way...so if you really want to become a "SHOW STOPPER" Mr. (or Ms? ::)) Showstoppa - maybe you could travel few miles to come here and let me make sure you don't overtrain while possibly doubling (or tripling?) amount of work you are presently doing with (I assume ;D) moderate or no results at all...and finally you might even get some results? After all you are not a newby...so maybe we could take BEFORE and AFTER pics...for all of us to see...Maybe?...Than we can even do and infomercial together and we can call it "Milos knows better way!"
Ooops - I almost forgot the most important word = GREAT Milos knows...BETTER WAY...

Milos, would you please answer this question truthfully: when you say the 2 Malaysian guys are lifetime drug free, does that mean they used no banned drugs ever, like beta agonists (clen, ephedrine etc), peptides (GH, Insulin etc), no supplemental hormones of any kind? Ever?

Lifetime drug free to me does not mean to simply pass all your tests. It means you never did any banned drugs.

I don't think it's unreasonable to assume that you have used large amounts of drugs throughout you career, considering what you have told about your drug use publicly. You used yourself as a lab rat with insulin, you hooked yourself up to an IV for plasma expanders etc. You were extreme, were you not?

Lifetime drug free to me does not mean to simply pass all your tests. It means you never did any banned drugs.

I've met these two extraordinary gentelmen last year in July and I was hired to prepare them for the IFBB World Championships in Ostrava (October) as well as the Asian Games in Doha (December)...

Asian Games, being organized every 4 years (like the Olympics) use the same labs for their testing...and IF you are aware - there IS a test for EVERYTHING nowadays...including EPO, GH and Insulin...(previously not detectable...)

Especially because of my "little problem with the DEA" and my connection to BALCO labs - I would be the first person to be watched, scrutinized and my athletes were first in line to be tested...

If they would have failed the test - it would be a scandal of enormous proportions.
You can guess the consequences of something like that happenning.

While I can NEVER claim ANYTHING with 100% certainty - UNLESS I AM TALKING ABOUT MYSELF - I also have no means to guarantee you or anybody else - that I am unconditionally 10O% certain they NEVER DID ANYTHING...(for something like that I would have to be next to them 24 hours a day for the duration of their life...).

But, as I had the wonderful opportunity to get to know them and spend considerable amount of time with them - I have complete trust in both of them - and I felt very comfortable about the doping test.

As it usually goes - some of you would just NOT want to believe that Natural athletes can look this good...
And - [AS ALWAYS IN LIFE] - when someone accuses someone else of wrong doing - it is because THEY ARE GUILTY OF THE EXACT SAME THING...

I've seen in more than 2 decades countless number of examples when LOUDEST of all (supposedly naturals) accusing everyone of "cheating" - use MORE DOPING than some of the professionals that I train...

The two guys you posted are in here i think. There's no way these two are lifetime naturals.
