Yes, we get unlimited meals here. It's pretty good but a lot of the food is crap here. Everything they cook here has like 10-20g of fat per serving, even the chicken and what not. More cardio for me. >:(

2 packs sugar substitute (mix and eat like cereal)
1 multivitamin
1 cup coffee
1 liter h20
Been eating this same meal for breakfast the last 10 years. I used to add protein powder to the mix till I realized it doesn't do fuck all besides cost $$.

The way I get them right is put the eggs in a pot with cold water, once they start to boil put the toaster on, when the toast pops the eggs are done. Well that works well with my toaster and large eggs anyway!

I get up early, with practically no appetite, so an MRP made the night before is meal #1. I'm too lazy to make it in the morning and try not to wake up the whole house. 3 hours later it's usually 9 egg whites with 1 whole egg, some baked home fries and a toasted English muffin with a little sugarless jelly. Little diners like to see a 7 dollar breakfast check. Or a cup of oatmeal with 1 scoop of muscle milk and 1 scoop of whey, 6 packets of splenda a little cinnamon and coffee to moisten it up. Now Sunday's a little different.

To the contrary. I have posted it here before and others have tried it and found it tasty (think of an adult version of hot dogs and scrambled eggs you may have had as a kid). It's based on a recipe at a restaurant in So.Cal called "Marmalade Cafe" at $12 or so per plate (the only difference is they add chives, which is also a good addition).

now, 1 week later (I know, but it takes a month for the zoloft to finally start working) I realized I'll never be on stage looking like I do...........so today it was 1 cup of oats (dry) and a carton of blackberries with a scoop of protein, and a cup of whites
tomorrow, If I get the the fing store today, it'll be a few whole eggs and egg whites, a bowl of oats and I want to stop at Bruggers and get s fat cream cheese and whole wheat bagel......maybe I can save my eggs will then........mmmmm.////////a hot ass bagel with the egg yolks DRIPPING!!!!!
