Just spoke to Paul and he tells me he has made several calls to ...MD- STEVE BLECHMAN HIMSELF,FLEX MAGAZINE......and not one has returned his calls.Here is Paul trying to better our sport and these so called magazine can't even take his call to see what he is doing with his new organization to help our sport for the better...GOOD GOING FLEX AND MD......Just shows us where your loyalties are...the only thing your magazines support are the IFBB......you should suppout the Sport not the federation....or if you do support the fedration...support them all.....After all it is the fans and the athletes who buy your mags...

Dude personally i think WBFF has no credibility with those top magazines.....yet! Paul Dilett has to put in hrs and hrs and hard work to get this whole "organization" going by putting in the wheels himself. This is not a "one time local show" he's tryna build up. I'm pretty sure the IFBB, PDI or whatever well known organizations never had any major BB media help them out before they even hosted any top BB shows. Why should Flex or MD even consider giving Paul Dilett any credibility for more publicity as of now? Dilett i dont even think has the business mind to run an organization, he's probably been put up as the "front man" because of his bb rep for the WBFF. Other than that, what has he accomplished business wise? For example Dorian Yates who has so many mr.olympia titles under his belt didnt even start a whole organization and even if Yates did i'm pretty sure he'd be smart enough to get the show rolling rather than get other top BB media organizations to chip in without them even knowing anything has been accomplished yet.

Hurt because what Lee said is what many people believe. Whether or not it's true I don't know but many people do believe you're a lapdog for the IFBB.

Goddam...i's like talking to a 6 yar old...Maybe the mags WILL put it in, Maybe they're waiting to see what (If anything) actually gets off the ground.
Ask the athletes that got $4,000 more than they got last year if it was for me....ask the athletes that were qualified for the Olympia due to my rule changes if it was for me... ask the women that were back on the Olympia finals stage if it was for me...per diem bumps, judging changes, tickets for pro's, health coverage, vip banquet, Flex awards, etc, etc....
Just what have YOU done for anyone but yourself? The Lee Priest foundation? Lets see a list of Allllllll the athletes you've given to so far, as you said you were going to do?

I do agree with Paul in that in the U.S. the vast majority of people don't follow Canadian bodybuilding. MuscleMag does a good job of covering with Gary Barlett. If he is able to help the Canadian contingency in their bodybuilding, great but right now it's all talk. I wish him well. Paul announces he's doing the PDI, now a new org. then says he's still an IFBB bodybuilder who has a strong relationship with the Jim Manion. When he stops contradicting himself, stops talking about it and does it, then perhaps he'll have a little more credibility.

I went a different route, as there obviously wasnt enough interest to start a union...I've gotten more done woking within the system, that outside of it. Many of the changes have been made already....

And just think how much better he would be if he concentrated on it only. But right now he want to BB too. Being with the IFBB is not a great career choice for most. Chic and Sean are dependant on it, Lee isn't. Sean and Chic are probably a little (if not allot) jealous of Lee because now he is happy competing and making allot of money doing it.

Ray quit competing in 2001 (with 12 straight top-5 Olympia placings), because he wanted to retire. And for this, he parted with Weider, after working for them for SEVENTEEN years. I think it's safe to say that he's saved a penny or two during that time.
Last time I checked, Chicherillo has been an American Gladiator, had an endorsement deal with GNC, and now has quite a deal with Bodybuilding.com. So, it ain't like he's starving to death.
So, I fail to see why either would be jealous of Priest.

Alright it seems as if this is going more into the direction of politics. I wasn't trying to stirr something up to get a kick outta it. Bottom line, me as a fan don't think it's appropriate to give any "major" media play for Paul Dilett. I wouldn't support cause i haven't seen nothing of Paul Dilett to impress me with his organization so far? We're talking about a lot of money being involved, reputations being on the line and taking a risk to invest into something. Why? Because Paul Dilett has yet to prove himself. Yes the "logo" & the "trophy" looks & sounds awesome and all. But BUSINESS wise what has been accomplished so far? This is simple business 101, whenever there's money involved people are walking on THIN ICE. Especially when it's an organization starting off from scratch and not to mention BB isn't mainstream. Which already doesn't give it a lot of media play. That's just business.... It seems as if Paul Dilett want others to do the work with him being as the "front man" - not gonna happen....

Ray quit competing in 2001 (with 12 straight top-5 Olympia placings), because he wanted to retire. And for this, he parted with Weider, after working for them for SEVENTEEN years. I think it's safe to say that he's saved a penny or two during that time.
Last time I checked, Chicherillo has been an American Gladiator, had an endorsement deal with GNC, and now has quite a deal with Bodybuilding.com. So, it ain't like he's starving to death.
So, I fail to see why either would be jealous of Priest.

Just spoke to Paul and he tells me he has made several calls to ...MD- STEVE BLECHMAN HIMSELF,FLEX MAGAZINE......and not one has returned his calls.Here is Paul trying to better our sport and these so called magazine can't even take his call to see what he is doing with his new organization to help our sport for the better...GOOD GOING FLEX AND MD......Just shows us where your loyalties are...the only thing your magazines support are the IFBB......you should suppout the Sport not the federation....or if you do support the fedration...support them all.....After all it is the fans and the athletes who buy your mags...

Saw Ronnie today infront of the Mall Parking lot. I asked him if he really thought Jay won because hes white and if he'll be back next year. He rolled his eyes and said " I never said anything like that kid" I said I hope you come back next year. he said "you and everyone else will have to wait and see".

I made a friend in "prision" Tommy. Who also loved weight training and had the same basic sentence as me. We became very good friends and would sit on eachothers backs and such to do pushups and things...he explained to me that you have to train the whole body. I'd do squats with him on my shoulders sometimes as many as 100+ reps. Leg extensions were done just by doing forced negitives and pushing on the legs to add resistence.....in all our workouts were as "makeshift" as you could get.
Once we got out we got ourselves to newyork and lived together and trained together.

Lee couldn't run 10 feet with out tripping and face planting into a cloud of dust. He'd have to have an oxygen tank within 5 feet of him at all times at attempting a stunt like that.
