3 cups of rolled oats. 2 tablespoons of manuka honey. 2 teaspoons of virgin olive oil, pinch of cinnamon. 2 desert spoons of myothene lipids, 1 teaspoon of casseinate-plasmotic transporter. 2 teaspoons of provector-alum, 1 dessert spoon bova-bifurcate 250. -blend and spread on non stick baking tray. bake at moderate temp for 40 minutes.
this delicious bar packs 70 grams of protein per slice and can be made with a little spare change.

Yes! such idiocy, Bifurcate 250 is a must have for all the family
I have it on everything now, I can't believe I used to eat food without it :D
