2007 full of shows this year ha?! i just saw the shows date of PDI by GETBIG.COM forum!! the post from the great LEE PRIEST...
i will be at my top shape this year with better size and fullness.... i guess all the athletes gonna be very tough and aiming for higher positions.

i might do 3-4 shows out of the 6 shows been listed, its all depends on the promoters of each show and the way they gonna sponsor the athletes!!

Last year the line up was weak. If a lot of new bbers join the PDI your chances will be minimal.

And the show is tested as they say so I guess you have to come in natural ;D

MikeThaMachine thanks Mike for the support and the great advice..my last year improvements build on the members advices and i really work on them when i see them right.... so i guess u 100% right .. i have to be more ripped this year with Balance, it gonna be hard coz of the long flight but hopefully i will deal with it this time.....

PS-throw in an honest arm measurement while your at it.

my hight is 172cm its about 5.7 and the weight in the pics was after the show so i was really carb loaded so lets say around 205pounds and my off season is 225-230 as Max... the Heaviest contest weight i think was 85kg/ 187 pounds in the Asian show under IFBB... my arm is 19.5" to 20"

Just curious: what things did you fix or work on for this upcoming show?

I think the four main things you needed to work on was:

1. Tightening your obliques (or sucking them in)
2. Gaining more thickness in your back
3. A little more arm size
4. More calf size

Mmmmmmm So far for NY i will do the same what i did in UK the rest of the show i might enter the stage as a boxer in UK with song that played in Rocky6 (three 6 mafia) its cool words and worth doing a posing on it..... there gonna be around 5-6 shows and i cant do a costume for each show ;D

That sounds awesome, can't wait to see it! I agree on the shoulders, you need a bit more size. It's a good sign that you have a very honest/accurate assesment of your body. But don't think this means I feel your pysique's no good. I actually am very impressed and feel you're one of the top BB's out there today. :)

I think you are really talented. Only 85kg and looking way huger than that weight.Good BBer always looks heavier than his/her weight. I am scared to see you when your weight is 100kg!!!

2007 full of shows this year ha?! i just saw the shows date of PDI by GETBIG.COM forum!! the post from the great LEE PRIEST...
i will be at my top shape this year with better size and fullness.... i guess all the athletes gonna be very tough and aiming for higher positions.

i might do 3-4 shows out of the 6 shows been listed, its all depends on the promoters of each show and the way they gonna sponsor the athletes!!

Thanx Paul......... you right i was off on NY show due to my LONG hours flight which was the first time for me to travel that long.. so i didnt know what to do really......but this time i will need an expert to help me out ;D i had a talk with Milos and will see IF he is not that busy and free to help me out....

muscularny: thanx, well milos is very busy man i know... but all what i need is the last 2 weeks out of the show and to direct me on how to get over the water ret. which gonna show right after when i land in NY..... last year i came so early about 5days and every thing was up side down..... the first 2 days i was looking even sharper and then i started to get smoother.

IF I CAME LIKE THIS SHAPE THE DAY OF THE SHOW I COULD BE 2ND place easy....in UK NOC i was much better coz it was only 6 hours to reach LONDON from where i live.. to reach NY it toke me nearly 23hours :o

you are Joking right??? ??? well i usually ask the judges, what i need, and which show i was better or off... so end of the day i have to show up on the stage the way the judges want to see u and they judge according to the standard of PDI federation ;) i do respect ur point of view but on the stage the judge rule :-*
