THIS will be the defining moment of the adonis principles.

When buttsuck and other clients are able to not only get lean, but to then GAIN MUSCLE by eating whatever they want.

This will be interesting!

you didnt answer the question, 48 ounces

Not a limit.

Its an average amount.  Read more Carefully.

its all about the time density of your training. only the super elite like myself can do sets of 8 with only 10 seconds rest between sets over 20 sets then resting and repeating again for another bodypart

i beleive johnny falcon can do double the amount of sets that i do for he is far more focused than anyone, he doesnt quit when it burns to bad he takes his 10 second rest between sets and seems to go on forever with 8 reps and 10 second rest estimated around 50 sets per bodypart

yeah, bc only a few pros like kevin and gunter can get bigger and leaner at the same time using a lot of gear.

but now, there are 3 "naturals", DW, TA, and buttstick that can do the same.

do they get bigger from year to year or do they just stay the same?

using clen, t3, dnp, and gh doesnt make you a natural.

well there is the caveat of if they really are naturals. Unless there is a drug test we will never know for sure. And there will always be rumours.

most people wont be able to gain cause they think heavy ass weights will get them big

billy jo benches 225 for 5 sets of 8 resting a minute or 2 between sets, he wont get much of a burn resting that long or a pump, only if he hasnt benched in a week perhaps and his muscles are stale

ricky screwdie starts out with 135 does it 30 times on first set ever rep controled from there on out resting only 10 seconds between sets eventually ONLY barely using 95 pounds maybe going down to 80 sometimes resting 15 seconds MAX. completed 35-40 sets ricky will get a shitload more sore even if hes working chest everyother day he will be sore everytime and notice different fibers popping out in his chest and have the most  INTENSE burn while working out, it will be PAINFUL the lactic acid burn

ricky trains much like daddywaddy that is why we are superior to the heavy benchers taking there sweet time

those workouts sound absolutely retarted.

what are you tearing down to rebuild?

how are you activating any genes for growth with that kinda workout (how and why high volume works - for some)?

do this 'naturals' have gyno like yourself?

I agree with Layne and to take it a step further, many guru's need to make their mark by coming up with something. Sure his idea's may work for some, but the bottom line is calories.
Not to bash anyone, but I get so tired of new tricks and food combo's that promise a lot. My advice is to keep the diet simple and focus on the total amount of calories.

Sorry if I am off base, I just had a twp clients this week looking for the magic pill for their contest prep and tend to forget the basics.

my foolish son! I am the MASTER hahaha let me teach you something laddy "tearing to rebuild" .you say? no, when you workout with my routine you see changes after all the sets , you see my boy the muscles when worked under extreme conditions swell with blood/tear opening up new passage ways /muscle fibers may be ever so slightly out of place because of these conditions. this is "growth" or muscle shaping. you wouldnt know, i have yet to see anyone train in the 10 seconds of rest fashion doing sets of 8.. 99 percent of of trainers train EXACTLY the same of course using more weight from person to person, but the all have PLENTY of rest between sets 25 seconds is far too much rest between sets even.

after 30 sets or so back to back you cant even do 80 pounds that is when you work another bodypart

then after that bodypart go back to working chest again, your strength will have regained some...

i dont test "strength" from workout to workout, its all about how i look , how many sets i can complete...

obviously, you wont get any stronger.

but if i were to bench 135 for 20 reps, rest 8 seconds, and do 7 more sets like that, i would have a tremendous pump, but i dont think i would have done anything significant for growth.

this workout may work for you, but is it the workout of those "things" that cause your gyno?

for me gaining strength was all about eatin 10,000 calories a day, training isnt as important when you have that many calories in you

I stopped reading after you put that a guy benches 225 for 5 sets.  Obviously this person doesn't know the first thing about training or overload so of course he's gonna look like garbage.  If this is what you think heavy training is then you gots yoursefl a problem.

1000 what?  Pounds on the legpress?  nahhhh...I'm at about 900.

you can keep with your muscle gayning program, I'm not even trying to argue with you.  I don't have hours and hours to spend in the gym so I do what I feel is most effective in the shortest amount of time.  Once you get a job you'll see the same thing.

seriously, you are extremely delusional, esp. agreeing with adonis.

research and 60 years of bbing (going back to reeves, etc.) has prooved you wrong.

i do agree with you that a fast/moderate pace of working out is best and you'll look the best doing that.

but, you still havent answered why someone as lean as yourself, and as natural as yourself has gyno?
