and already matching my conditioning for the mr. getbig (wich aint all that) plus i have around 6-8 more pounds of muscle too!
i think i was doing it semi wrong before when dieting, i was eating far too little and doing cardio
i would do cardio for one hour sweating alot more than i do now with just weights. and i was only getting around 1000-1400 calories a day but i wasnt consistent and would many times smoke alot of weed and end up eating 5000. so basically i was eating too little for the amount of cardio i was doing and on days i smoked i ate too much
so now i have been eating around 1500 calories maybe more or less but doing only weights, for muscle building not really calorie burning, so im sweating alot less too. so i think im eating just the right amount of food this time, not to little where metabolism slowls and metldown and end up binge eating.

Try my method for acne prevention. Key is to furisulsy jackoff to pictures of women who have great skin, upon spooging, apply spooge to problem areas. Let spooge sit to dry for at least 10 mins. Once spooge is hard peel off. Simple as that. Tweeter you around to test this?

The glycemic index isn't even recognized by the ADA. Also, fats are by far a better fuel source then carbs so thats why i use cheesecake although there are sugars in it.

I'm finishing my first week of the Adonis deal for the second go round. I'm feeling a little hunger jones right now but I'm going to the Outback macgilacutty tomorrow so I shouldn't get burned on the backside.

Are you also going pullups to failure before entering/exiting the bathroom? How has it helped your lats? Do you see any calories being burned from that?
