Well, I am suppose to do(or was) cardio 2x a week MAX per my trainer......he said none, but I need a few for mentality....I skipped today and havent done it in 4 weeks.....what a slug.......cardio doesnt burn fat, it's does help the muscles recoop though....should I wait till 180 to do any type? I'm also training6x week, so it's more or less 2 crdio sessions....prob. worse, huh?

Last night Bruce, starving at 2am.......hugggge bottle of strawberry quick from the convience store and a entire box of fig newton...damn good....goota show it up today. You are doing no cardio either? How the f doe YOU stay so lean?

Wondering, if given my current state of 175 and 6'2 and 9-10% bf, I would really like to or need to get to 220 lean lbs......would a clean diet keep me lean, without cardio...or cardio 1x a week....I know many say leave cardio out.....some say daily...

The answer is no. No cardio. Especially with the hormones. Give it a try.

Diet is probably more important then cardio when it comes to getting/staying lean.

4,000 cals bro...........I just HATE the look, the skinny fat look, but like I said, if mass comes and so does strength, I know I can cut.........and with all the shit out there, getting to 2% shouldnt be too hard......lol....but that is a ton of food.......I hope these supps work!
