8 egg white
1 scoop Vanilla whey
1 packet Sugar-carb free Jell-O (my favorite choice is citrus or strawberry)
1-mix the egg white with the whey powder until smooth.
2-bake in a pan like a pancake
3-put in a pie bowl
4-made the jell-o according to the package (in a big cereal bowl) same size as the pancake
5-when frozen and ready , just put on the pancake
hummmmm delicious
200 cal
50 g proteins
2-4 g carbs (depending of your whey powder)
2-4 g fat (depending of your whey powder)

ahhh, my bad. Sugar-free jello, not pudding. I thought it sounded a little fishy. Good receipe then!

It sounds like Jello on a vanilla egg white omelet.
You could try beating the egg whites to a froth before baking - good cardio. :D Without sugar they might just collapse again tho.
