about how many calories a day should you be getting while lifting? because i consume alot of calories through out the day and want to know about what i should be getting

How old are you, what is your weight, what kind of work do you do, what is your bf%, what is your family like, fat or slim, what does your training routine look like, what are your goals, do you have a cat at home??

hmmmm it all makes sence but im not too sure on the bmr of joes cat and how many calories he/she should consume post bird catching etc

seriously, people with a cat will have a different calorie intake than people with a dog or a rabbit.  ::) ::)

Wow, that's a tough one!!

No, i guess even if you hae a lazy cat lying around the house the dog still needs his walk.
Things will get different though if you can get the cat to walk the dog.  ;D ;D
