i say BB rows and t bars because seems like everyone nowadays is under what i call Coleman syndrome where they stand almost staright up and swing the living shit out of the weight, seems like every goofball who wants to be hardcore is loading seven 45's on one end of an Olympic bar and putting the empty end in the corner of the power rack lately. ::)

I am gonna have to kinda off here a bit and say leg ext. You ALWAYS have the groups of delusionals that believe this will build great legs, mostly women however. Abductor and adductor machines too WIDELY abused by ALL females....

actually it is the 2 man bench / bent over rows combo
this is where you load the bar over your max weight..but not to you worry your spotter will "chip" in and do 50% of the work
tomorrow is "Bench Monday" across America..look around your local gym for evidence of this

Man those clown are classic, the partial deadlift guys, well they call them that looks more like a shrug to me most of the time with the ROM they use....

I would say cable cross overs. People with 0 chest development doing the exercise in the first place. I have seen some atrocities of form from people on it. I think people like it cause its relatively easy.

How about when these fat women ask you in the gym what they can do to get rid of' "flabby arms" or other hideous things about there body. I always tell them to quit going to mcdonalds and just get on the treadmill, then ask me agin in a couple months.

This is why I do not go near my gym at peak hours, seriously.
I end up telling off people doing all that dumb crap, and then lose myself money as they cancel as they are pissed cause I was rude :-\

This is necessary, said with a hint of aggression. Also stay in the area, obnoxiously close by, during their sets.
Most of the time the "wrist curls" are so important that they leave immediately. ::)

Nah, Cap. Everyone with any sense knows that it's the most overused/abused movement in the gym. You don't have to observe everyone around you to realize this...all you have to do is listen.

1/8 rep leg press

MEN:
1. Barbell Bench Press
2. Barbell Curls (in the power rack no less, with an asston of cheating)
WOMEN:
1. Any leg abduction machine
2. Machine Leg Curls
3. 2 to 5 lb dumbells that pose no fitness value - either strengthening or cardio - whatsoever.
End of story.
