could you tell me some more about the psyhodelic workout and technique's. Im also trying to get cut right now. But i mst have eachday one cheat meal. today i had french fries with maynaise for example.
i also do cardio outside, on the bike for 2 hours a day.is that to much?

yes i must have one cheat meal. it the past every meal was cheat meal for me. right now its just one, i dont think its a big problem.

Christ I try to cheat one meal a week and think I should do better... once every day is a little bit over the line if you ask me.

why? a cheat meal is about 600 calories. i just make sure that my calories at the end of the day are in check.

Than you are not cheating correctly trust me my Cheat meal is no where near 600 more like 6000 lol

if i eat a pizaa its 850 cals, or 2 cheeseburgers cant be over 700 cals. sometimes i decide toeat a whoel chocolatebar thats 650 cals.

DW is currently eating low fat. I am as well. I eat 350g carbs (nearly all simple), 100g protein.

yeah seriously dont worry about cutting until you gain muscle and lose the orange visor and fanny pack

im eating low fat and low calories
yes adonis principles work if you have adonis like discipline..
for those of us more knuckledragger types we gotta fill up with low fat shit. i dont mean high protien shit just low fat food. protien still means jack. but it does fill you up, but most importantly its overall calories
a psycho hoe delic workout would be 1 hour of cardio a day as a base get about 80 calories half way though
trust me eat low fat its too easy to go crazy on french fries and get an easy 2000 calories out of that

biking on a machine on a hard setting is much better than biking outside, biking outside is too easy too much coasting not enough working hard

i disagree, indoor or outdoor you can make it as hard as you like.
