I do , quite a bit and if it were not for the donuts, I would a lot leaner hehe.
I actually enjoy cardio more than lifting...go figure huh ???

Hey John, I assume you having some motivation issues with cardio. That happens in all areas of training and diet. For cardio enhancement , consider these ideas/tips.
1. Stay with a basic , consistant realistic schedule. Far better to do a good 30-40 min 4 days week than a hit or miss plan.
2. Find the type or cardio machine you enjoy and stick with it. It is far better to do cardio you don't mind vs a "more effective" method you hate and won't stick with.
3. Try doing it first thing in morning or right after working out on an empty belly. This will be when the blood sugar is low and make it easier to get into the stored fat.
4. Use your favorite music or hit a gym with a good cardio theatre.

I do...all the time...sometimes 2 times a day (with a Bronkaid in my system, of course...thank's GH15 ;))!!!!!

Get off the treadmills, lifecycles and stair-climbers and do your cardio hiking, power-walking a hilly neighborhood, or a golf-course, climbing an outside stairway or riding a real bike. Much more enjoyable and just as effective.

Since the demand is higher than the supply of soldiers, they should be taking and keeping everyone.

I'm a hardgainer, so I only used to do stationary bike x 40mins once an week, and 5x3min rounds on the punch bag once a week. It was only for general health and respiratory benefits really.
I now have a second job where I'm on my feet for 6-8 hours, so I use that as my cardio.

I am the same - i struggle to find time to do cardio - i am up at 7 each morning and into work, lift 5.30 - 6.30, home at 7, cook tea, eat it, 8 o clock, last thing i wanna do after a hard day is think about doin cardio at f ckin 10 o clock at night once my food has digested !! But i do think some is required for respiratory benefits - not for dieting though, i have dropped weight like a stone sine i started dieting, and with cardio aswell i think this might be too quick

It's a bitch but I really want to be ripped for my wedding, and as I have said in the other post I use the new Nautilus step walker what is hard but still walking, I cannot stand the fucking sprint bike or running for an hour.

I try and seperate it from my weight training - do short but really intense sessions. Normally about 5 times a week all year around.

same yeah.. 3-4 timees a week if i can squeeze it in

30 minutes daily, if training for a tournament, then I'll do two 45 minute sessions.

I do martial arts twice a week for 1.5 hours, swim for 45 minutes once a week and thats about it. Although I have noticed swimming becoming harder as body fat goes down.

I'm lean now from not eating enough but I've been playing soccer for a team lately and I'm certainly not fit by any stretch of the imagination.

People who tend to do cardio aren't exactly very active people outside of the gym. I don't do cardio but most of my hobbies outside of lifting are active ones which I do on weekends. Sometimes I go riding on my 3 wheeler, play football, second job at a moving company, hiking etc... Unless your busy most of the time with personal obligations I see no reason to not use that energy from cardio to pursue active hobbies outside of the gym.

If your really lazy to do cardio, just buy an 8 ball....stay up for a couple of nights and its like running a marathon.,..... plus if you get a lady freind to get down with the action, you'll get your dick sucked...just remember that she has to go back to the strip club the next day

Now that I'm old cardio is a must but I HATE it. >:( -When I was younger, I'd only do it in the spring and summer (get a little leaner for Summer)
but once you pass the 40 mark it's an all year thing. :-\ 3-4 times a week in addition to the 4 day a week weight work out

Dude, they are. The requirements for soldiers has been lowered drastically. They now allow people with criminal records to join which isn't such a bad idea considering what they would do otherwise. The big fellas go to what is referred to as the pork chop platoon. And for the record, no I am not in the pork chop platoon. I just got married six months ago and since then I have gained weight so there is hope for me to one day join the ranks of the pork chop platoon.
