Hey John, I assume you having some motivation issues with cardio. That happens in all areas of training and diet. For cardio enhancement , consider these ideas/tips.
1. Stay with a basic , consistant realistic schedule. Far better to do a good 30-40 min 4 days week than a hit or miss plan.
2. Find the type or cardio machine you enjoy and stick with it. It is far better to do cardio you don't mind vs a "more effective" method you hate and won't stick with.
3. Try doing it first thing in morning or right after working out on an empty belly. This will be when the blood sugar is low and make it easier to get into the stored fat.
4. Use your favorite music or hit a gym with a good cardio theatre.
