Bro with all that money you spend on those vitamins you could be on growth/aas all year round.

Brutal misspelling, overspending on supplements and asking stupid questions on the wrong board to the wrong person.

you don't need the BCAA's or the glutamine with the whey, whey is chock full of both of them.

Post by: YoungBlood on June 04, 2007, 04:53:31 PM
The whey is stretching it, I don't care for the digestion time (I prefer blended proteins better). However, since you asked, I would keep the whey (but prefer to exchange it, to be clear) and scrap everything else except the BCAA's.

how much are you paying for the protein powders?

basically most supplements contain around 30-35% of what it states on the label........however there is a supplement company that is years ahead of all supplements, those are the ones made by extreme labs, you can check their website at www.extremelabs.net    there are many supplements not listed, as now they have an excellent 5 stage supplements, closest thing out that will yield results comparable to a low dose of anabolics.........anyone can pm me if they would like to get some...

Agree, none of them are neccesary for growth and strength, just drink plenty of milk and oatmeal.
I was also the kind of guy who spended a lot on supplements but my experience now that i don't use anything on the moment that it does nothing extra. i also eat much less than i did before and it goes better than ever, mass and strength wise.

post workout = Whey + (vitargo or malto or dextrose) + 5 gr creatine + 5 gr glut + BCAA

and if you could afford it get the "Animal Pak Stak2" <- good multi

and if you can, right before bed get some pussy juice straight from the source..highly anabolic

what about just milk with oats for post workout, why all these supplements, totally not necessary, and why such an overpriced overdosed multi vitamine, theres no need for that.

milk and oats take a shitload of time to digest...nothing wrong with it though...it just wont be used immediately after you workout

whey+dextrose are absorbed within seconds of drinking

i agree on the animal pak vitamins, its grossly overpriced...ive been using some cheapass centrum and 2-3 grams of vit c for years and its great

after 6,000 post you are still asking questions about post work out shakes? what a waste of time

and I did say "if you can afford it" regarding the animal pak multi

I bet you spend all your money on the newest supplements and "trains" on fancy chrome machines.
p.s after 4367 posts you still don't know post workout shakes are not necessary.

HAHA the post workout meal is the most important meal of the day. The faster it gets absorbed the better.

And you likely don't read at all, hence your pathetic physique. I know what works for me.
