I use almost the same snack but I use Wasa multigrain or okmak crackers instead for a little added crunch. i also leave out the splenda, bc that would be just too damnn sweet. every once in a while I will use half a banana and a dab of honey instead of the SF jelly

PB and non-fat cottage cheese is a great mix, add some grapes (15-20) for a little sweetness. I used to eat this for breakfast or pw meal for a long time

I just got done eating a tuna on oatmeal bread, damn good.
chirohino, I like that also
Good snack, I say is cottage cheese and some cashews, throw some sugar free jelly on top and it's awesome.

broccoli and sweetner? is the broccoli steamed, it kinda sounds good.

yes, steamed broccoli with just a bit sweetener and some cinnamon.

another "snack" i like is tuna blended with a teaspoon of olive oil and some hot peppers.
