He was shooting GH into his son because he wasn't big enough at 7 years old, they're saying in the news.
-
I heard that too, that's sick.
-
i heard that today too, what a scumbag.
-
I guess he had some birth defect, "fragile X syndrome".
-
Did he have freakishly short arms like his dad?
-
its amazing how the collective public opinion of a man can change so much in 24 hours..
the other day I was praising Benoit, now, given the details of what happened, I think he is one of the most despicable people I have ever heard of...
>:(
most seem to agree...

mattT was right he reported it last night
-
hahahaha, too bad all those steroids couldn't help Benoit grow some teeth.
-
Just look at the guy. I can instantly tell by a glance that he wasn't very smart. He looks like the product of a closed genetic exchange.
-
his son was mentally retarded
I thought smaller kids using gh was pretty common so what's the big deal?

Fox News just made a report, stating that authorities believe Benoit used a wrestling choke hold on his son. Also mentioned was that Benoit and his wife were fighting, with the Mrs. demanding that Benoit spend more time at home with their son, who has some sort of disability.
That's somewhat strange, considering that Mrs. Benoit (a former wrestling manager, "Woman") knows the long road schedule that wrestlers have.
-
shut your ugly indian mouth kid, grown man and a FattyAcidFather are talkin. save your sucking up for later, cinderella.
hahaha meltdown..
Dude you are pathetic. :-X When I visit the Netherlands I will have to pay you a visit.

If true (and I'm inclined to believe it) Benoit was obviously suffering from short man syndrome. Bodybuilding, it seems, attracts many many insecure men. I read the paragraph below on another forum; it looks as if it could have been written by Benoit.
I've gotta be honest, that's something I've been fighting with for the last few years. I was a skinny kid (who wanted to be huge and hated myself for not being) that finally got introduced to lifting at the age of 19 by this huge 290 lbs. powerlifter on roids in my nutrition class (yeah, of all things). We hit it off and he taught me how to lift properly but before I even set foot in the gym he offered that he could get me anything I wanted and would teach me how to take it. He graduated and we split ways and lost contact before long. I'm 21 now, been lifting a little more than 2 years. Lift hard, it's all I think about sometimes. I weighed 165 lbs. when I started. Weigh 215 now. Went up 2 shirt sizes. Never used any real gear. Don't think I'll need to. Kind of wonder what'd happen if I stayed in contact with the guy. Doesn't matter that I've caught up to the guys in my gym in their late 20's that've been lifting for years that I used to feel intimidated by. I get antsy sometimes. Not big enough... Not strong enough... And I have to remind myself that I'm a youngin' and still inexperienced and that I'll probably get what I want in a few years. But there's still that voice that whispers to me every once in a while trying to get me to stray from the path. I hate having bigorexia sometimes.

http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20070627/ap_on_re_us/wrestler_dead
The child suffered from a rare medical condition called Fragile X Syndrome, an inherited form of mental retardation often accompanied by autism, McDevitt said.
...
"I'm still very surprised and shocked, especially with his child Daniel involved," Astin said. "He worshipped his child."
District Attorney Scott Ballard said the autopsy indicated that there were no bruise marks on the child's neck, so authorities are now assuming he could have been killed using a choke hold. "It's a process of elimination," he said.
my guess is that he accidently killed his wife out of rage, then knew he had to kill himself, then felt he had to kill his son so that he wouldn't end up in an institution. the last two could be reversed.

hahahahaaaaaaaaaaa oh brother what a threat

oh Christ..I didn't think this could get worse, but the fact that he killed his son who was mentally disabled pisses me off even more.

Benoit was 5'8" (some sites listed him as 5'10"). That's average height. But, in an industry where many stars are well over 6 feet tall (Undertaker, Batista, Kane, The Great Khali, Cena, Edge, etc), perhaps Benoit did feel a bit short.

I just watched his movies, because of Blutos passion of course. I didn't find them good at all. Did you really like them?

lets hope he bought the GH from Dave Palumbo.

this was a pretty funny threat though, seems like he might actually be a little bit mental.

If it was a medical issue then a doctor should have been administering the drugs, not his dad.

I spoke to him on two occasions he was 5'10" same height as me. He was jacked , and crazy intensity in the gym, that evening then he had to leave to go wrestle that same night.

Stop believing all of the DUMB SHIT The media puts out...Clearly they are trying to demonize Benoit, because his death was a "HIT" and not a murder as they claim. You will hear all sorts of nonsense in the near future about this manin an attempt to "COVER" the real culprit. Don't be surprised if someone in the wrestling federation is responsible for this...Time always reveals the truth.

basty...when they prescribe GH to children they give you months worth. it is administered daily, sometimes more than once a day...
i dont see anyone in their right mind running their kid to the doctors office 14 times a week :o :o
and i certainly dont think a 7 year old can administer it to himself.....ergo, dad does the injections for the kid...quit fishin'

you know, I was fortunate to train beside chris benoit many times, which came after the steroid abuse part of my life. We exchanged hellos each time, but as I sit here, I often feel like Chris might feel as if he is to blame for the condition of his son due to the hormone use during his career. Having to live with that maybe there is a chance that his hormone use could have allowed his son's condition, Im sure it was a dagger in his heart at times, along with all the other problems. I hate that this has happened, because now my own girlfriend is believing all this "steroids are the culprit and the reason he did this" and is now looking back at my past..................sa d thing is, that she is black and I always felt black people were raised not to judge or call the kettle black, so fastly. This is just a shame in all aspects.

your kidding right...You sound like Bill O'reilly...I know a drawf who has been giving himself shots since he was 14...HGH shots have to be taken daily...Do you really believe that people go to a doctor for daily(harmless) shots...Besides that you do realise that millions of people everyday give themselves inslin shots...
inslin is 100 times more powerful then growth hormone...Inslin alone can kill you from one shot...Growth hormone is not a deadly drug...inslin can be...

Yes, explain to her that you only use steroids to "compete". Otherwise, you wouldn't take them. ::)
Steroids are good and healthy. There really are no downsides to them and the media is completely off tilt even suggesting they aren't great. Believe it or not, most well rounded intelligent business men use steroids on a regular basis. After all, it's what most up standing citizens in society swear by. ::)

any drug can be abused, but the way the media presents it, you'd think anabolic steroids are worse than every recreational drug.
Benoit was both an athlete and a performer. Both are known to use stimulants. Why isn't the media talking aobut that?

In my eyes, all drugs are complete shit. The sad thing about America, is everyone needs a drug for something. Sick, unhappy, too small, too big.
I don't think Benoit was on any stimulants when he killed them? Plus, a roid story sells more. The media, another group of fucking parasites. No wonder why I don' watch the news.

I heard that too. Apparently he was injecting it into his arms as they found tons of needle marks. Disgusting. I still can't believe hoe fucked up this guy turned out to be. Who the fuck suffocates an 8 year old with a garbage bag? Unbelievable.

sad!! :-[

WWE Releases Chris Benoit Text Messages, Says Couple Fought Over Son's Disability
Posted Jun 28th 2007 6:43AM by Michael David Smith
Filed under: Atlanta, Fighting
The text messages that pro wrestler Chris Benoit sent to WWE employees alarmed them and eventually led to them asking local law enforcement to visit his home, where police found the bodies of Benoit, his wife and their son.
The text messages (which have been published by the Miami Herald) appear to be an attempt to get someone to check in on him and his family:
Text Message 1 to two co-workers (sent 6/24 at 3:53 a.m.)- Chris Benoit's cell phone
"My physical address is 130 Green Meadow Lane, Fayetteville Georgia. 30215''
Text Message 2 to two co-workers (sent 6/24 at 3:53 a.m.)- Chris Benoit's cell phone
"The dogs are in the enclosed pool area. Garage side door is open''
There are also reports that Chris and Nancy Benoit frequently fought over how to care for their son, who had Fragile X Syndrome. Although previous reports about the needle marks in the boy's arm implied that the Benoits were injecting him with human growth hormone because they wanted him to be huge, it appears that the needle marks were the result of legitimate and necessary medical care.

I was refurring to Croatch's remarks on steroids as everyone on this BBDG forum knows that he tries as hard as possible to be proud of the "I never take steroids, their bad!" attitude.
As far as i'm concerned, anyone that gives their kid HGH is a fucking moron and needs to be reprimended. Read previous posts before you respond, please. Thx.

Exactly, thats why a doctor should have given his son the shots and not Benoit himself.

thats not really reasonable. thats like saying a doctor should give a patient all his/her shots of insulin

Insilin and HGH are two different things. HGH can screw up the kids growth amoung many other things.
-
Exactly, thats why a doctor should have given his son the shots and not Benoit himself.
yes, because it would make it so easy to drive your kid to the doctor 2 times a day ::) ::)
that would be like getting a script for pennicillin, and then having to drive to your doctor 3 times a day to get one pill at a time.
-
Insilin and HGH are two different things. HGH can screw up the kids growth amoung many other things.
HES GIVEN GROWTH FOR A DISEASE!!!!!!! its a prescribed drug for various diseases in children, people with HIV, etc. take off the blinders, HGH isnt JUST a bodybuilding drug....just like testosterone isnt ONLY an AAS for weight training
-
obviously this guy was screwed up from pain pills and whatnot. everyone is quick to pin this up on roid rage like the titus case, when drugs are involved they factor in higher but don't make for such sexy headlines like ROID RAGE

not blowin' up dude....i just explained it twice in 2 other posts...i thought the CAPS would help ;)
i knew a few kids growing up in the eighties that had bottles of growth in their fridges because they were deemed "short for their age". benoits kid had some genetic....fragile x syndrome or some shit like that.......

I was refurring to Croatch's remarks on steroids as everyone on this BBDG forum knows that he tries as hard as possible to be proud of the "I never take steroids, their bad!" attitude.
No, steroids are not bad and I could care less about the possible physical "dangers" with them.
Croatch does know what he's talking about because he's a former steroid abuser himself. He's admitted it.
Exactly. I don't speak on things I know little about. Drugs in general are a severe waste of time. I feel bad for adults who take gear/other drugs on a regular basis, just to put on a little muscle or lose sense of reality. In all honestly, they are usually taken by weaker individuals. I used to be one of them at a young age. Luckily, I evolved.
Croatch on...

lose sense of reality
How do you know what reality is if you have no basis for comparison?
