Food is the single most anabolic thing in this world. You are stupid to deny yourself this. Do you know the biggest sumo wrestlers have more muscle mass than the biggest bb'ers? Sure it's hidden behind layers and layers of fat but it's there all the same, and they didn't spend a second working with a barbell.
I'm not saying you should get fat in the process but if you are afraid to eat a little three years from now you'll look exactly like you do now or worse.

And people in 3rd world countrys don't train good job!! Of course you need a set ammount of calories for your body to function. A Maintence level of say 2000. After that you do not need any more. Dexter Jackson eat 2k calories year round.

Thats because of the extra weight required to move. All that fat is like a gravity suit.

If you were to wear a book bag of weights all day and walk in your tippy toes you calves would grown even an a calorie defecit. Explain that? What about cyclists who ride bikes all day. Their quads continue to grow with resistance.

Just to show you guys how fucking stupid you are here is a video clip of an African gym. I garuntee you these guys eat no more then 2k calories a day. Most are bigger and leaner then 99% of getbig. 2k is about right for what alot of them are sitting at. They all have abs. They aren't going to be walking around shredded. The point is your "knowledge" and gym "technology" ammount to shit. Stick to the basics. Eat just enough and train.

Hehe. Not even close. Watch the Tour de France this summer, my little leaf muncher. This event is so gruelling that the participants cannot consume enough calories to replenish what they expend (this was the initial idea behind the tour). They are, by the first day, in a caloric deficit from which they don't recover, and they do indeed get smaller, not larger. What little fat they have goes first, then muscle is consumed. No frickin' wonder EPO and other goodies are necessary to finish.
