Im challanging you to a leg workout (the hardest bodypart to train). You are not too far, as im pretty sure you live in NC? One weekend soon we can meet somewhere in the middle, Deleware possibly? Somebody from the board can show up and film it and post it on getbig later for reviews and shits and giggles haha. Anyway, we go until somebody dropps (or in your case pukes and quits). Being that you are about 20lbs lighter than me (or less) and supposedly leaner, i expect you to use 3/4 of the weight that i use for the same number of reps per exercise (ok if you want to be a baby, il do 2 20 rep sets of squats with my bodyweight before we even start the workout). If i squat 405, you must do 315. If i leg press 12 plates, you must do 9. If i use 70lb dumbells for lunges, you must use 50's.
I will also offer you a chance at redemption and do a backworkout of your choice, deadlift if youd like, we can see who hits 225 for more reps since you claim 100+ reps ;). This will be on a seperate day.

what would TA have to gain by doing this? part of his "image" on here is being able to say he can do certain things like 225*112 in the deadlift and have people actually believe him. playing with lighting, hitting poses in "wierd" ways...it's all part of the game he plays. if he puts that image in jepordy and fails to live up to his claims what would be left?

This is true, but it would have to be from Chronic Alcohol use or abuse I should say. The longer one is a chronic alcoholic, the worse.
Chronic Alcohol abuse will actually catabolize skeletal muscle and this in turn may lower the metabolism.
Moderate drinking does not show any of these effects.

We did 315x10-12 front squat, 315x10-12 smith squat, i think somewhere between 6-10 plates per side leg pressx10-12, 70lb dumbell lunges (in video)x20, and 135 free squat x20 END OF SET ONE. Three sets. Yes i lost, but i finnished with good form! lol How many guys you know who would take Rich Gaspari in a workout???????
And just for shits and giggles, you saw my 405 front squat, here is the end of a set of fronts with 365, i think my best is 8 reps range....

We did 315x10-12 front squat, 315x10-12 smith squat, i think somewhere between 6-10 plates per side leg pressx10-12, 70lb dumbell lunges (in video)x20, and 135 free squat x20 END OF SET ONE. Three sets. Yes i lost, but i finnished with good form! lol How many guys you know who would take Rich Gaspari in a workout???????
