haha ok here is the video she is talking about (no i am not posting the rest of the workout!)  We did 315x10-12 front squat, 315x10-12 smith squat, i think somewhere between 6-10 plates per side leg pressx10-12, 70lb dumbell lunges (in video)x20, and 135 free squat x20 END OF SET ONE.  Three sets.  Yes i lost, but i finnished with good form! lol  How many guys you know who would take Rich Gaspari in a workout?

And just for shits and giggles, you saw my 405 front squat, here is the end of a set of fronts with 365, i think my best is 8 reps range....
