Im challanging you to a leg workout (the hardest bodypart to train). You are not too far, as im pretty sure you live in NC? One weekend soon we can meet somewhere in the middle, Deleware possibly? Somebody from the board can show up and film it and post it on getbig later for reviews and shits and giggles haha. Anyway, we go until somebody dropps (or in your case pukes and quits). Being that you are about 20lbs lighter than me (or less) and supposedly leaner, i expect you to use 3/4 of the weight that i use for the same number of reps per exercise (ok if you want to be a baby, il do 2 20 rep sets of squats with my bodyweight before we even start the workout). If i squat 405, you must do 315. If i leg press 12 plates, you must do 9. If i use 70lb dumbells for lunges, you must use 50's.
I will also offer you a chance at redemption and do a backworkout of your choice, deadlift if youd like, we can see who hits 225 for more reps since you claim 100+ reps
