Need more protein, divided by 7 that's only about .0006 grams a day.
-
After stealing the other kids' lunchmoney, I usually come out ahead. :D
-
I usually buy a 12 pack diet dr.pepper for the week
also my local subway restaurant has a buy 2 foot long sub and get 2 free after 4pm on tuesdays..that usually last me all week
then I only snack on a handfull of raisin every 8 hours..
then on my low calorie days I usually make a pack of skittles last all day..only eating 1 or so every hour
-
SP, I'm led to believe those subs have only 6g of fat per serve. Is this true?
Do you eat the cookies?

You can save your hard earned money by downing a gallon of milk a day along with some regular food. ;)

So do you go the whole day eating nothing but skittles on your low-calorie days? Not sure if I read this correctly; reminds me of my days on the Adonis Principles!
-
hmm let me see. i eat alot of tuna and thats cheap. and chicken which is pretty expensive... 4 cans of tuna and 1.5 pounds of chicken/ day on average . some days 12 eggwhites. and some veggies, rice and oatmeal but thats cheap. so maybe...150$ / week..
-
Tweeter - I don't think he'd REALLY rape Subway Boy on the salad station either, honey mustard sauce or not.
I guess we'll never know for sure tho.

I eat one Pez dispenser on my low calorie days.
-
I can't stand just eating groceries all week so I spend more on eating out; I have to eat out atleast once a day.

Oh, for that I usually steal a few chickens from a nearby poultry farm and spend my afternoons fishing. If I'm feeling really ambitious, I'll take my rifle into the woods and kill something. :D

just fucking around..here is my meal plan
breakfast: (protein pancakes)
2 scopes whey, 1 banana, 1 scope of oatmeal, 1 tsbp of peanut butter, 1 cup of egg whites...blender..frying pan with pam cooking spray
*my concern is that the heat is destroying the whey benefits
lunch:
Mcdonalds grilled chicken sandwich with the double meat for $1 more..no bread
afternoon:
6" subway tuna fish sandwich on whole wheat bread
dinner:
salmon stuffed with crab meat (costco) or some pieces of jamian jerk chicken
-

Be a better cook and buy a cooler man!
Truthfully, I have no idea what I spend on food. Bodybuilding is not expensive in terms of food though. I could see it upping food $ by 20-30%.

I don't really want to be one of those guys who carries a cooler around with him everywhere he goes because he thinks he will shrink if he doesn't eat every 2-3 hours. Besides, I enjoy eating out; I don't mind spending money on it.

And now that you're not paying TA $500/month in "consulting fees" you can afford it! :D

$4.99... 2 x daily, for a #1 Supersize = $69.86 per week.

I used to make protein pancakes all the time and I worried about that same thing too. Although, I have read that even though it can alter the protein, it still gets used by the body the same way once it is broken into amino acids (or something along those lines).

do you consider a subway 6" tuna sandwich a meal?
probably around 280 calories
total cals for the day is actually not that much and I am still in a caloric defecit

Cool. I'm in building so everyone has a cooler, so I don't feel out of place. It's nice to control what I'm eating too. I'll go out for dinner, but I prefer to eat my own food thru the working week.

Why not just drink it down straight out of the blender?

Whats the formula Tweeter? Whats the difference between his diet and weight watchers?

the difference is that on weight watchers you have to buy their meals.
-

Same here. The number of people actually discussing this tells me there's some poor-ass motherfucckers on this board, though! :-X
-

I meant the point system, where you can eat junk food as long as you create a calorie deficit.
-
I always eat from a kabab stand, around 3.25-5.00 a day. So that's around $30.00 a week.
Plus cereal, milk, yogurt, beef, chicken, rice..
I dunno. :-X
Plus I love that energy drink stuff, the diet ones anyways.
Diet snapples.
Around 3 12 pack cans of diet soda.
Tea.
Coffee, espresso shots.
Around $50-80 a week on alcohol.
I don't feel like estimating.
-
About $200 a week average groceries.
About $120 a month supps
About $150 a week eating out.
think that's somewhat accurate.

damn dude you need to join a Sam's or Costco, i spend 30 bucks on chicken breasts, 7 bucks on eggs and 25 bucks on steak for the whole week and maybe 20 bucks combined for the rice, oatmeal, pasta, bread etc.
-

Ahh, if you're dieting then I can see the solid food being good. But what's the objection to raw egg whites? You don't wanna be like Rocky?

Still $55 on meat. I have thought about it. I guess the concept of paying someone a yearly fee to shop there gets to me.

It's pretty much the same. It's just that it hasn't ever really been applied to the bodybuilding world.

And there is a reason for that. It's stupid.
