So do you go the whole day eating nothing but skittles on your low-calorie days? Not sure if I read this correctly; reminds me of my days on the Adonis Principles!
just fucking around..here is my meal plan
breakfast: (protein pancakes)
2 scopes whey, 1 banana, 1 scope of oatmeal, 1 tsbp of peanut butter, 1 cup of egg whites...blender..frying pan with pam cooking spray
*my concern is that the heat is destroying the whey benefits
lunch:
Mcdonalds grilled chicken sandwich with the double meat for $1 more..no bread
afternoon:
6" subway tuna fish sandwich on whole wheat bread
dinner:
salmon stuffed with crab meat (costco) or some pieces of jamian jerk chicken
